Lovely staff and great food! The manager even turned down the music for us while we were there (sensory issues with one of our guests). Will definitely be back! The mac and cheese is to die for BTW!

Service was very very slow. Took 45 minutes to get our food. Had tickets to the Padre game and worried we’d miss first pitch. My potatoes were burnt and I didn’t send them back because we didn’t want to wait.

Nice time. Place is cool and looked the part. The burger “well done” came out way undercooked. The kids burger “plain, meat and cheese only” had some type of sauce out on it. Like they put on ketchup, then scraped it off instead of a fresh bun.

We had to leave because they couldn’t accommodate serious food allergies as the meals were pre-seasoned. One person got take out and that food was good. The waitress did check with the kitchen and relayed the information about the pre-seasoned food. She was very efficient and courteous.

Had reservation for 8 p.m. We arrive and hostess tells us kitchen is about to close, so we are off to a poor start. They sit us outside on bar top table with bench seating that feels like it ready to collapse at any moment on top of being completely uncomfortable from being so worn out. I wanted to order something off the menu that I saw online and was told it was not available. Went with a burger that was fine I guess. But, the main problem is the server completely forgot about us. I guess he was too embarrassed to face us so he sent the manager to finally close us out. We must have been waiting at least 30 minutes after we finished to get the bill. This place is in a busy part of downtown and requires a lot of effort to get to, and to walk up and be told the kitchen is about to close, and getting stuck with the disappearing server, on top of inflation prices...Mc Donald's is a way better value and experience. Save yourself the aggrevation. We used OpenTable for our entire trip in SD and went with higher rated places, and every one of the places were a flop. Probably use Google reviews to research where to eat from now on.

Food was horrible. The flat bread was burnt and so salty. The truffle fries were over done. The waitress was fantastic, only decent part of the meal.
