Twigs Bistro and Martini Bar - Meridian
Love the halibut and flatbread!
We had a nice family dinner
Great experience as always!
We had such a great time! Our waitress was wonderful!
Great as always. I was recently diagnosed with diabetes and they were able to provide me with their nutritional information so I could make appropriate selections. The food was great, as was the service.
Cheese fondu fries baby are the best. Get them if you go
We wanted to go to Brunch, 6 people. We tried a few places to get a reservation but failed. Twiggs is our go to for Cocktails and Snacks in the evening, so when I saw they do Brunch I booked it. The service was great ( always is) and the food was excellent. My only wish for a bit of a change is...MUSIC. It is always too loud but more importantly, the average age dining was 60+ if you looked around the restaurant. Rap music is really not a good call! But this is just me...I like background music when I dine or drink. The rest of the experience was great.
This is the second time I've been to Twigs. It hasn't disappointed yet! I will absolutely be coming back! It's a great place for a special occasion, or just a get together with friends. You can dress up or dress down and feel more than comfortable. The food has consistently been excellent! For me that a winner, winner!!
We thought we would give this one a try after friends had told us how good it was. We scheduled a 6:15 pm Saturday night reservation and arrive 5 mins early. As we were being seated, they wanted to place our party of 4 at a table and we then asked for the open booth. We were told it was for a “reservation”... hmmm we had a reservation.. then we were told it was for a party of 5. Well when the “4” arrived 5 mins later, they enjoyed the booth. The food was pretty good and 2 of use had a Martini (after all if you but Martini in your name, it better be good. Being my first one it tasted pretty good but then again I’m a beer guy. My wife had the chicken and I had the pasta. I would rate the food a bit above average but really a 3 out of 5. Not sure after dropping $200 for a part of 4, we will be back anytime again soon.
Food was good but waitress was in a hurry to get us in, out and on our way. We could not understand why, as it was not at all busy that evening. Absent the service everything was average to good.
My wife and I went for Valentine’s Day, received very good service and the food was very good as well! This place does a good job with their drinks, but for me they did not have a lot of whiskey options, nonetheless it’s a martini bar and excelled at what they advertise.
Valentines Day. Everything was great! The food was perfectly cooked. Husband had black pepper salmon and said it was wonderful. I had the truffle penne with chicken and it was also very tasty. A couple of managers came by to see if we were doing okay, always a good sign. Very nice experience and we will be back!
We were seated right away with the help of reservations. It did take a little while for a server to come over and help us, but that wasn't a big deal. The food was good but the calamari could have been a little crunchier, but overall everything was great.
Always enjoying being at Twigs
Great food, cocktails and desserts.
Atmosphere was fun. Service was ok...not great. Food was mediocre, at best. Ordered a medium rare steak and it was served to me medium well. They forgot the Gorgonzola sauce and I was done eating by the time the waitress came back. Dessert was great, but that was the only part of the meal that was.
Ambiance is ruined by bad audio system. Food was fine. Service was OK.
Second visit to this venue. Martinis done right. Party of 4 - all apps and meals were exceptional. Will return.
Laura was an amazing server. Not just because she thought I looked 15 years younger than I am but because she worked hard and made me and my friends feel great about our experience. We will return.
Great food only thing I can say was waitress seemed a little annoyed when she was helping us.
First time here! Had a friend tell me about the huckleberry martini (lemon drop) and had to try for myself! It was delicious! And the penne was amazing!! Will definitely come back again!!
Yummy, pretty view of the Village at the window tables. Love Twigs.
The server had no clue about gluten free and what exactly it meant. She was abrupt on the verge of rude in pushing us to get our order in then once we paid our bill never came to refill water or anything even after we lingered for awhile. Love the food but this server made for an odd experience.
The place was packed with HUGE parties! And yet we had great service and our food came out quickly.
Each dish was very good. We had a group of 6 and each diner was very happy with their meal. The server was friendly and able to keep track of various requests from our table. We appreciated the extra plates so that we could taste test each other's food. It was all great fun.
We all appreciated that we could talk with each other at the table without any really loud music overpowering our conversation.
It was a nice dinner. I had the steak salad, the lettuce was fresh and the steak was prepared well. My husband had a chicken sandwich which was also good and the fries were delicious. It was a nice place for dinner before our movie. Our server was REALLY great! Only suggestions would be to add more choices for gluten free customers. (bread;tortilla options to enjoy more of the menu)
Fun place in the Village. Good food kind staff and great Martinis
food was ok, the salad's that we had seem old. i was expecting more fresh lettuce and toppings. the waiter was good and did her best for a busy night.
we have had several meals at the Twigs and found it to very good, but this visit was disappointing.
The food was fantastic. The server was very nice and helpful. We very much enjoyed our experience.
One of my favorite restaurants. Great fresh food with lots of choices on the menu along with excellent service.
Having been past patrons of Twigs and really enjoying it, we were very disappointed to see that the caliber of the restaurant had deteriorated, the menu looking more like cafeteria style, the ambience nonexistent. The prices however remained high. Not value priced at all. We were seated in the dark rear, next to a family with children, despite a reservation and a mostly empty restaurant.
The menu choices seemed lackluster compared to our last experience.
Our last experience was very pleasant and I was always very pleased with the attention, quality and style. It seems that the level of style has deteriorated to serve more of a mass market than a high-quality experience. My wife and I will likely not return.
Our server and food were great. The only drawback was the experience making a reservation. Planning in advance and requesting patio service was a problem. The first to arrive in our party was informed Twigs doesn’t take reservations and proceeded to seat our group AT THE BAR. Once I texted my confirmation number to this person so she could show reservation, the answer changed to “can’t do reservations on the patio” and gave us a table indoorS ...the open table request was very clear about seating on patio and in fact limited the number in our party because of patio request. There were plenty of days to have contacted our group and discussed the request, but nothing was said until our arrival. Starting a meal and group outing with conflict soured a bit of the experience. Again, food, drink and server were great!
Witches night out!
Good food and nice ambiance. Best Osso Buco in Boise.
Very tricky to locate, if you're from out of town. We were late, as a result .hostess gracious, wait staff excellent. Food seemed a little too intent on being chic. Limited chouce of entrees, but many smaller plates. Drinks were excellent. Very lively setting, if outside. Very entertaining people watching, not quiet or romantic.
My wife’s Salmon was vsry salty and the good generally mundane. We really wanted to have something special for our anniversary, but it didn’t work out that way.
I would still recommend for drinks and dinner but lunch no menu was not good. Service was great though
It was our 25th wedding anniversary and everyone we came in contact with mentioned it. The service and food we're amazing. The Drunken donuts we had for dessert were heavenly.
Not sure, our martini wasn't super cold like we asked it to be.
This was my second time eating here and it will def be my last. The food was lackluster and the service poor. The first time I ate here they brought out the appetizers with the main dishes. This time I specifically requested that the appetizers come first, and next thing you know they are bringing Inc out the main dishes BEFORE we were even served the apps. when I said something to the server, she said they could put our meals on the next table until we were down with the apps !?!? Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
My only complaint was that the burger I ordered medium-rare came well-done. I didn't send it back, and found it pretty good, but would have preferred that it had been prepared as ordered. I showed it to the server, who was apologetic and reported it to the manager, and it was taken off the bill. I certainly appreciated that they responded as they did, which was probably more than they had to do. Overall quality and service were quite good, and we will go back. My guess is that the burger would have been outstanding had it been medium-rare, or even medium.
