Our food was not worth the price we paid. Our server was not attentive and we had to ask several times about our appetizer. Overall, it was a fun experience and the building was gorgeous inside and out. I felt safe with their Covid measures as well.
Waiter suggested fish tacos raved about the halibut. They were awful. Took 2 bites and pushed the plate away he never inquired why the meal wasn't being eaten. Yes definitely could have spoken up though. Just know not to order that dish again.
Drinks were good.
Hostess didn't provide "fresh sheet" when seated and so we inquired about any daily specials and the waiter said I don't know why she keeps doing this and not giving the sheet. Seemed unprofessional.
I've had much better food there before.
lovely outdoor dining spot. Halibut and chips were ok. Crab mac and cheese looked good,
My halibut was great, my husband had the fish tacos and the Tortillas were soggy. The appetizer was pretty tiny. But the drinks were very good
Great for Easter brunch. Nice take on what would have normally been a buffet.
Easter Brunch was really good! Thank you
We went for Easter Brunch. Arrived at noon. Seated right away and the staff was nice. The problem was the food. For $34 we received 3 course plates since they can’t do a buffet style. They should have just kept bringing plates to the table. The 1st plate was salad, cold dry danish, and over ripe fruit that was to the point of mush. The shrimp was also mushy.
The 2nd plate consisted of processed (not fresh cracked eggs) egg purée that they turned into scrambled eggs. I would liken them to a free morning breakfast at a hotel. I had 2 strips of thin bacon, my piece of “prime rib” looked like a leather heel. It was so small and gross. My husband’s piece wasn’t much better. The potatoes they threw on the side were cold. By the time they brought my 3rd plate the strawberry was moldy on top! Yes you heard that right the only strawberry on the plate moldy! And the French toast was cold. I showed the waitress the terrible plate and she offered me another of that which I declined. She said she would take it off the bill. When our check arrived and it was $90 dollars for awful food waitress never took $$ off the bill like she told me she was doing. We just paid and left disappointed wishing we would have gone elsewhere or pokes at home. Not what Twigs normal standards are. I thin it’ll be a long time if we ever return again!
Dom and the folks backing him up were on fire. We were served quickly, with good humor. And the food was fabulous!! Truly great experience...thank you.
Twigs hosted the most outstanding Easter Brunch, we have ever enjoyed. Instead of the usual buffet, we were treated to a three plate service. The food was incredible from start to finish. Hope they continue with this style after Covid has passed. Also, the service was attentive, but subtle. We loved all of it!
I love Twigs! Best strawberry lemon drop martini around! Fun and chill environment.
Great food, atmosphere and drinks!
The service received from our server Lisa was outstanding!
Always a good experience at Twigs!
Great service from a great server!
Fun place to dine. Our server was very nice, but she had to hustle the kitchen a little when we ordered another side of veggies. Substituting the rice for more veggies didn’t look like an extra serving of veggies (hence the reason for the second order).
loved our server, had great recommendations and was very fast and helpful
The service was great. We couldn’t be happier.
Our waitress was amazing!!!
Pork tacos, they are on happy hour and you get 3 generously sized tacos
Excellent meal with my wife in front of the warm fire
I had the halibut and fries. I am from Alaska and that was some of the best Halibut I've had in many years! The sticky cookies and lemon drop martini were delish as usual!
It was a busy Friday night. We were greeted right away by Candy our server. She took our cocktail orders right away. We then ordered our appetizer poke stack and entrees. The poke was good. A short time later the steak and salmon entrees arrived. The steak had a great flavor and sear on it and was cooked medium rare. Salmon was a little dry and the rice under it had no flavor. Otherwise a nice meal. We would return again.
Our party of 6 enjoyed a fabulous time dining at Twigs Bistro. Laura, our waitress was terrific! She was friendly and very helpful and efficient. Great dining experience 👍
We have never had a bad meal here. I came for my free birthday dessert and enjoyed a great dinner as well!
Friendly hostess, amazing server and wonderful food.
Valentines Dinner with my sweetheart, excellent food and excellent service. Pork Shank and Blackened Tuna was super!
We had a delicious anniversary dinner with dear friends. Out server was wonderful.
Took my mom and she had for the first time Kailua pork tacos and drunken donuts. What a happy face. She said next time desert is first 😂. She is 83 and knows best.
Food is amazing! Only negative I would say is it took a bit for one person at our table to get his dinner. Other than that, it was a great time by all! Definitely recommend to anyone looking to grab great food in the Tri Cities.
The hostess had an issue with us! I had made a reservation ( forgetting I could use Open Table)! I then realized I had other options- so made a reservation with open table
She refused to sit us although I had a legitimate reservation
She left 2 tables open for over 30 minutes
She was rude and I had 4 children with us
The last straw was when she took 2 tables that had NO reservation over us! I would say very unprofessional!
Hostess with the green hair should be called out in this—
On the upside- KELLY - the other hostess helped us out and was very kind!
Our server was lovely and food was good
I arrived a little early and my daughter in-law (who is a new mom) arrived a little late with my son. The service was great and the food was amazing. Thank you.
A better experience this time around.... will consider Twigs again in the future.
Really enjoyed Twigs. Will be returning.
The food and the service were fantastic! The waitress was so attentive and the restaurant was able to meet my dietary restrictions, and did so with a smile! The decor was fun and trendy and the ambiance was so cozy, it made for a great night out! I would recommend Twigs and would love to eat here again when I am in town!
Wonderful meal with great service and atmosphere...as always. Love that there is brunch saturday and sunday!
Good food, great service, nice atmosphere. Definitely plan to come back!
Always wonderful food, great service, and a very nice atmosphere.
Laura did a great job and our appreciation for her working Christmas Eve. The cream of chicken soup was excellent. The fire kept things cozy. Overall a great experience.
The service was outstanding. The food ordered was very good.
Fantastic service! There was a delay to our food delivery and the waiter was sincerely sorry and kept us posted, plus the manager offered free dessert. A great place to dine!
