This was our yearly Thanksgiving dinner out. Two of us had turkey and two had the prime rib. For this occasion it was a pris fixe menu with limited choices. All were excellent. We all agreed this restaurant's Thanksgiving meal is one of the valley's best kept secrets. Not crowded. Very nice.

40 minute wait for food was rediculous, only plus was it was convenient but not a reason to be so bad and expensive would not reccomend it to anyone.

This restaurant has gone downhill pretty bad in the last couple years. Had the breakfast buffet. Barely anything was above motel/diner quality. Interior still may look nice but you're quickly turned off by the bland and dry food.

We come here a few times a year for breakfast, this time it was for Fathers Day and we had a great breakfast and with that, came the outstanding service. We will continue to eat here.
I highly recommend for breakfast, the buffet is hot and they keep it up so that your not waiting for food. Come check them out, you will enjoy.

I have had breakfast here hundreds of times. Always fruit and cereal. My food choices don't lend themselves to dazzling, five-star cuisine. (I'm strict vegetarian. Non-vegetarian foods look attractive and well-prepared.) Service these days is good, and, even as a solo diner, I feel welcome.

This is the restaurant in the Hyatt Regency. We had a delicious dinner and a glass of wine each before attending a book signing at the convention center. Restaurant is an ideal location for this. But more importantly, the food is good, with healthy choices, and good value for money. I'd definitely choose this restaurant over those at other convention center hotels, and I would dine here again. Good service, atmosphere and quiet enough for normal conversations.

The Breakfast Buffet is now $24 and ordering an omelette with the buffet is now $2 extra. They have switched chefs and menus recently, and there is perhaps a slight dropoff in food prep quality. Still, service is great and it is a convenient option.

We decided to return for thanksgiving dinner this year in spite of some recent poor reviews. It was a fixed price menu with good variety. Service was attentive. The noise level was not dead quiet, but we were able to converse comfortably without raising our voices or straining to hear. This was important to us because it is a very social occasion. We enjoyed this place very much.

Excellent variety of food along with incredible service. I would recommend this for just about any type of dining occasion. We were given a private room which was ideal for a business meeting. The restaurant paid attention to every detail. Well done.

We were acknowledged immediately and seated within 3 minutes, even though we were a few minutes late. We were quickly greeted with water and shortly after our kind server. Food was delicious.

We had a reservation for a week, but when we arrived, we were told the wait for food (even appetizers) would be one hour because "the kitchen is slammed" - which isn't how reservations work. However, there were only about 5 parties dining in the restaurant - it wasn't even 1/3 filled. We were trying to make it to an event after, so we were concerned, but stuck because we didn't have reservations elsewhere or a car (we Ubered there.) The food did come after one whole hour of waiting, and it was mediocre. Not many vegetarian gluten free options here either, so all I could eat was a salad after all. (One hour to make a salad?!) Our server was not very apologetic or friendly either. I would not return to this restaurant.

This was one of the worst dinner experiences I've had. Something is seriously wrong with this restaurant. We arrived for my daughters Birthday dinner paired with a concert after at Levi's Stadium. We were seated promptly. We ordered drinks, food and thats where it all went down hill. It became very apparent that people who had been there long before use, were waiting for their food. In fact, looking around, no one had food. 30 mins past, two table got up and left without being served. Wait staff didn't have anything to say other than sorry, and it would be about 10 more mins to wait or the could comp us at the Taco bar. 25 more mins goes by finally our food arrives along with a few others, it was just ok tasting nothing special. Many customers were getting very upset, I felt bad for the wait wasn't there fault. No explanation at all for the delays of 1+ hours for food. Not a great birthday meal for my daughter, at least they knocked 50% off the meal. Never again will I return to this restaurant. We ended up going to In and Out after our was a much better experience.

We had a reservation at 5:00pm on Saturday 9/17 planning more than enough time to eat and be ready to leave in time for our show. We arrived at 4:45pm and our table was ready. We were promptly seated and within just a few minutes we ordered wine and an appetizer. At 5:35pm we had still not received our appetizer and were regretting having just ordered our dinner entrees. We asked if our app would be up soon and ten minutes later the pretzel sticks arrive at the table. This was the LAST time we even saw our server for more than THIRTY minutes until we flagged him down at 6:15pm ... dirty dishes still sitting on our table and still NO dinner entrees yet. We had to leave for our event and unfortunately we could not wait any longer. Less than two minutes later {hmmm how did that happen?} the server again magically appears with two of the dinner entrees but the two pizza entrees were a no show. I asked how much longer for the pizza and he responded "there are 15 tickets from the bar in the lobby ahead of you - it'll be at least another half an hour" - two people at our table would have to sit and wait another 30 minutes while the other two of us ate - NO! We politely declined our dinner entrees and asked for our check. At this point we had been in that restaurant since 4:45pm - waited 35 minutes for an appetizer and another 30 minutes for dinner that never arrived only to be told it would be yet another 30 minutes. We learned from talking to three other tables around us, all with the exact same problem, that there was only ONE small kitchen serving the entire Hotel - a 500 room Hotel and that includes room service, the bar and the restaurant. So, for those of us who took the time to make a reservation our orders fell behind the patrons sitting in the bar ordering off of the exact same menu. Dining at TusCa was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. $70.00 for a bottle of wine and a pretzel appetizer was NOT worth the hassle or the wait!
