The third restaurant in the celebrated Tsuru mini brand is found in the heart of the City of London close to Mansion House and Bank. The brainchild of friends Emma, Jon and Kensuke - who brings the food of his family to the kitchen, working from recipes passed down from his mother and grandmother – Tsuru is a wonderfully relaxed contemporary space where guests enjoy superb Japanese cuisine ranging from ultra-fresh sushi hand rolled by skilled chefs to the delicious curries that have had guests absolutely raving, plus a range of ippin ryouri, an Eastern take on tapas to be shared or enjoyed as side dishes. At the centre of the Tsuru approach is an impeccable food philosophy, the sushi reliant on the very best, freshest sustainable fish, line caught and environmentally friendly.
