Decent food and actually very nice "natural foods" selection. Loved the BRUSSEL SPROUTS. And I appreciated that the hamburger was not one of those HUUUGE ones that leaves me feeling heavy and bloated for hours. It was a small/medium size (perhaps just slightly larger than an in-n-out one) which for me was perfect.
No so much on the drinks side tough. Just a few cocktails, and beers. And the cocktails had barely any alcohol.
But overall, a very nice and pleasant evening out on their terrace.
Also loved the e-Menu, where one gets to use the phone for the menu rather than a hard copy. Truly eco-friendly.

We assure you our cocktails have the standard 1.5 oz pour in them, however, some guests can find the alcohol taste is more "hidden" because we juice in-house and make our drinks from fresh ingredients. Nice outdoor seating with heating lamps . Convenient paperless service . Feel safe since their tables are well set for distancing as well as the arrangement of how they seat their customers. .

We have gone vegan and had heard True Kitchen was healthy and had several vegan dishes. We had to tweek the menu but there was no flavor to the food.

Food quality was not the same as in the past. Burger was greasy, and the salad was soggy.

While I know everyone is doing their best in these tough times, some are fairing much better than others. After hearing so many good things about the quality and creativity of the food at True Food I was excited to try it.
Our dinner experience was sub-par at best. Poor service, limited menu and bland food. The staff seemed untrained and honestly could care less whether we had a good experience or not. We were disappointed and will not be back unless we hear things have improved greatly.

Food is good and if you sit on their main patio, it is very nice. Their QR code ordering system and payment system did not work well. This is my second trip in four months and they still haven't figured it out. Meals came out separately in a wide range of time. The payment process felt like it took as long as the meal. It really dampened an otherwise very nice night out. The staff was very nice, they need an improved technology plan.

We came for a birthday dinner with six people (all family). We were seated at an outdoor table with terrible ambiance and no heat lamp. Even though we had a reservation, the person helping us claimed that to get a table with a heat lamp, we would need to get on the wait list, which could take hours. She also said they were not allowed to move heat lamps. When it is very cold outside, every table should have a heat lamp.
Eventually we were seated somewhere else. The food and drinks were overpriced and not very good. In particular, the vegan ice cream was inedible. We asked for a knife to cut the birthday cake and were given a butter knife.
Would not return or recommend.

We are regulars at this restaurant and have to say eating outside due to Covid is not enjoyable at all.
Typically, we are seated in their main patio area but this time, we were seated in the makeshift side patio they created by the parking lot. It was cold and windy with zero tarps to hold in the heat from the heat lamps. We understand the situation and the challenges associated with Covid but dining outside in the cold just isn’t worth it.
Our waiter was nice but made a mess of our wine pour with wine dripping off the glass and left a puddle on the table. This was after telling us he was the bartender 😳 we thought- what the what?!
Food is always good here, we had the edamame guacamole, butternut squash soup, grilled salmon and chicken fennel sausage pizza. The grilled salmon was good but the sides (cauliflower mash & veggies) were cold. The soup is one of my favorites but the guacamole needed some salt and pepper and perhaps a squeeze of lime. The pizza was great, delivered nice and hot!!
Looking forward to the future when we can dine inside again.

Went there for my birthday with my son. Cold night and servers put us in the most open space and the space heater was not effective. Ordered a fancy hot tea and server "warmed" it up with cold water. I did not bother to ask for another warm up. Server did offer a free birthday dessert. We were appreciative. For the $75 bill, I wasn't impressed this time. Will try another time.

The chopped salad was soaking in dressing. It states it comes with dates which I’ve had in the salad before. The cheese was so sparse you would never know it was in the salad.
The appetizer potstickers were cold.

The service was great. Patio could have used one or two more heat lamps. More importantly the menu was quite limited. It wouldn’t hurt to expand and add a few more entree options.

We were really disappointed in the food. Many of our past favorites are no longer on the menu. My husband had the salmon and it was just slightly warm and very flavorless. we had the brussel sprout appetizer and the brussel sprouts came out u set cooked and very crunchy. we asked them to roast them more and they were better when they came back out. Our server was very helpful and nice but the food quality was not what we are used to from True Foods

This was a great choice based on our desire to dine outside during Covid restrictions. They already have a patio so no need for them to erect a makeshift dining area in the parking lot (several places we’ve dined at during the pandemic have missed the mark on this and it was frustrating to spend money on a sub par dining experience). Service was wonderful. I had the spaghetti squash casserole and my date had the chicken sausage pizza. Yum. Butternut squash soup was delicious and so were the edamame wontons. Overall an enjoyable healthy dining experience. We will return for sure !

It was our friends birthday and she wanted to have great food outside on the patio at a place that followed COVID guidelines. Our first thought was True Food. She was so happy as were we. The food was scrumptious and the wait staff was personable. We will all be back ... soon.
