   The food and service were exceptional, and I would recommend the restaurant. Parking at 1:30pm in the afternoon on Friday was challenging. Valet was the only option, and when I went to collect my vehicle after my late lunch, I was presented with a $10 parking fee. I would have anticipated that the parking would be complimentary.

   This place just keeps getting better. This visit we had two new discoveries. Servers like Naomi are delightful - she makes the visit very enjoyable and fun...she's very well-trained and stays on top of everything. We've noticed in past visits that True Foods "TF" attracts servers like this...it's a great place to work. Food prepared with no seed oils and minimum sugar are always more healthy and TF knows how to prepared food that are not only healthy but taste extraordinarily good. The Roasted Butternut Squash Soup is just best in class of any we've tried at any of the finest OC restaurants which we frequent. The new menu structure ("True Trio") gives you lots more options and even a way that lets you try small portions of many different items - very smart. Actually TF announced they were off of seeds oils almost a year ago as I recall and we appreciated that greatly although most people didn't have a clue about the damage this oil does. So one of the things that TF does is research and keep on top of the latest discoveries - not getting forced into it after the entire population finds out certain foods and additives are bad for you but rather finding out for themselves and educating their guests about it. Very encouraging. The ambiance at TF is both a moderate noise level - we don't like loud places, and an excellent experience with reception, service, and departure. Places that say "YES" to everything in the first 5 minutes get higher ratings than others...easy to say...not so easy to execute. Were the people next to use loud? YES...but all the other features outweighed that one minus. See you next time.

   The food here is always fresh, healthy with seasonal dishes. The menu is large and the service is friendly & attentive. The noise level is loud, so be prepared to talk louder to your companions.

   We are from NYC and my experience has been that the Mexican food here in CA is usually better than what we can get back home. The food here being the exception. I was very disappointed. Very with the Americanized style. Small things do matter for example, the salsa was apparently straight out of a jar and they put cheese on top of the black beans which were tasteless. One redeeming thing is that the portions are huge. I’ll would prefer a normal portion and much better quality. Last couple of things, the runner brought an extra serving of rice and beans instead of the soup we ordered and spilled an entire glass of water all over the table then disappeared for a couple minutes. By the time he came back with napkins water had run all over the table and we had gotten up to avoid having it drip onto us. We switched tables and that was that….no big deal.. but in spill distracted us from realizing we never got the soup we paid for…. There was an ant crawling on the table when we sat down… The dude who cleans the table uses the same rag for every table and wipes off the same place mats with the same rag over and over so that was super gross . I hate to trash the place because it seems like it has a big following with the locals. Staff were all very nice and pleasant.

   Hi Peter! Are you sure you're reviewing the correct establishment? We don't have any Mexican dishes on the menu currently (salsa, black beans). We also don't use rags to wipe down tables, we use sanitizer wipes that are one time use and immediately go into the trash. We also do not have place mats in our restaurant.    Our server was the sweetest but the service was slow and the food was mediocre. This was our first time here and we won't be back because there are just too many excellent food establishments in OC to dine at.

    Food quality and taste were very underwhelming. Avocado toast bread was too thick of a slice and not even toasted. Breakfast tacos weren’t tasting good either
