   I had the breakfast tacos off the brunch menu—they were just ok. We sat on the patio to enjoy the weather but had dogs at the tables on both sides of us… they were friendly but not great for my friend who does not like dogs.

   It was truly awful. Food portions so small, too salty, and tasteless. Waiter was inattentive. Never came around to refill water and tea. Terrible value for the cost. I rarely write reviews but just so disappointed.

   Food and service were great. We ate outside so the noise was minimal, but inside it's always very noisy with the concrete floor.

    Our waiter kept changing and we had to wait a while each time. I doubt the cocktails had any alcohol to be honest lol. The food was good tho.

    We usually have fabulous service here. But the waitress was new and had quite a few tables and was struggling to keep up. I let the manager know that she needed a little help and he jumped in and got our drinks and took our orders. This was a perfect outcome for us. He thanked us for letting him know. Everyone ended up happy b/c of the way this was handled.

    Our reservation was at 700, we checked in at 655, sat at 705, and at 730 still NO WAITER served us and we had to grab someone and ask who our server was.

    The menu at True Food is certainly an "acquired taste"; I can always find something tasty and healthy, but they change the menu too often and always cut out my favorite choices. Anyway, the location is nice and the service is great too. I always feel welcomed and know that I'll get a nice healthy meal. I do recommend this location.

    Great feel good food and service. It is been consistently magnificent for the past 4 years that we've been in Fairfax. Great price too for the quality of food. My favorite is the Edamame dumpling - I can't have enough - and their burgers are the best. The meat is cooked right. Frankly everything tastes delicious EVERY TIME.

    3 of us ladies went to True Food on a Saturday to celebrate a birthday. The service was terrible. We sat with a view of several open tables that had dirty dishes on them. It took the server a long time to bring our drinks and we had to flag him down to order. The food arrived ice cold after a long wait. We had to flag down another server to ask for the check after a long wait. If they were short staffed I wished they had not taken the reservation.

    The food was delicious, the ambience was beautiful. My only complaint is that the chairs we originally we seated in were very uncomfortable, so we asked for a different style of chair (there were several different styles) and they were very accommodating

    Very family friendly atmosphere, lots of people there with small children. Staff was really happy and smiling a lot in a genuine way. The QR code on the table doesn't work but we just ordered the normal way. Skip the hummus app if you don't like coarse gritty chunky hummus

    Two separate waiters forgot about us (a party of two). Its not that the place was super busy, either, even at 7:30 on a Saturday night. I finally had to go find an employee (the second one I had asked for help besides our waiters) to ask for help. Two hours later we finally paid & escaped. If we had just walked out I don’t think they would have noticed or cared. Also — the Tuscan kale salad I got was literally just a bowl of kale with vinaigrette. I got a $6 chicken add-on and received HALf of a chicken breast on top of my modest bowl of kale-and-nothing-else. Absurd. Go anywhere else.

    True Food is a good word for this restaurant because everything they make looks and tastes like it was just homemade. Not only healthy, but options for gluten and dairy free. They also in addition to their wine and beer offerings, have a list of non alcoholic beverages. Even the dessert menu has good options. I highly recommend this place..

    True Food Mosaic is my family's favorite place to get together. They can accommodate a large party for early dinner, are always helpful preparing a meal for my son with an egg allergy, and are kid friendly.

    True Food is a nice place, offering a variety of dishes. Our server was very good and friendly. We had avocado toast with sunny-side up eggs. It was just OK: very little avocado and the eggs were overcooked. I've had other food here that was better. The bathroom is tiny. Two stalls. It's clean and nice, but 2 stalls isn't enough for this size of restaurant (unless there were other bathrooms elsewhere that I didn't see).
