Slow service but food was good, slow to check in for reservation as well and not that busy, enjoyed all of our meals

The food was excellent! Not only the appetizers but also the entrees were outstanding. The ambiance was very pleasant, with a majority of young people and several mature customers, a good mix. The decor is really nice and modern and the service is efficient and kind. I'm very pleased.

It was overall great, just wish our appetizer came before our meal, not all served at the same time.

We had a reservation and it took over 20 minutes to seat us. The amount of food for the money charged was below standard. We all left hungry. The waiter did a nice job but the quality of food was not good. When I used to dine at True Food I recieved a great value for the money. This time we had a party of nine and we all felt disappointed.

Always delicious! We drive 45 minutes to enjoy a meal here once a month or so. We love it!

Hadn’t been here in a few years. But was disappointed. Corn tortillas are terrible. Tofu scramble was more expensive than the brunch dish with grass fed beef and eggs… explain that? Nothing in the tofu scramble really, not even black beans. Had to add feta for flavour. Wasn’t impressed. Couldn’t even get cream for my coffee. Healthy eating or not, these dishes could be a lot better. Server and Manager tried to be helpful and discounted my meal. But expected more honestly.

Excellent, fresh food and friendly staff. Highly recommend! Had the pepperoni pizza with sourdough crust and it was delicious. Lovely atmosphere and clean environment.

We had a large party of 10 in town for sons UT graduation and we arrived an hour early yet the staff accommodated us nonetheless! The service was great, the location/ambiance perfect and the food delicious!

True Food is in our go to rotation for healthy food and a good vibe: always start with edamame dumplings (so good), kale salad with salmon is very simple & very satisfying. Your body will thank you for it.
