Trios is always good - not great but good. They have done a good job of separating tables and following covid guidelines.

Amazing we have been dining 14 years. Never get tired of the red snapper with lime cilantro.

Delicious sea bass!!

We were excited to try Trio for the first time and we’re somewhat disappointed. Our waiter was a total loss, forgot to order our drinks until we asked, brought someone else’s salad and generally acted like he was a zombie. The food was good and the dessert exceptional but for the price we have had better in PV.

Not as good as it used to be. Been going for years and years and food was not the same quality. So sad :-)

This was our first visit to this restaurant after several years in Puerto Vallarta. We were greeted and shown our table. Our waiter was very attentive. As the restaurant got busier the service diminished slightly. I think one table was demanding. My husband and son had soup and salad and dinner. They both enjoyed their meals. My son is vegan and they modified his meal to accommodate this. My meal was not very good. The noodles were slimy and the shrimp really tough. I didn’t eat much and the waiter asked if it was ok. I said it was fine. He mentioned they would comp my meal and I told them not necessary. Anyway when the bill came the dinner was not on the bill. A really nice thing is that most meals are offered as smaller plates or larger plates. We all had the smaller plates and they were very filling. We will go back to give it another try since everything other than my meal was delicious

Best food and value in PV by far. This was our 3rd or 4th visit and we were not disappointed. Delicious!

The Mezcal margaritas were the best we have ever tasted. We haven’t been to Trio’s in 10 years and it is still excellent. The carrot cake dessert was superb. Also the ravioli appetizer and artichoke soup.

Trio has always been our favorite restaurant Puerto Vallarta. Service deserves a 5+ rating. It is superb. Unfortunately, my rack of lamb was a on the tough side, though the sauce was delicious. The Seabass and rabbit received very good reviews. We will definitely be back.

Had to re do the bill which had a couple of incorrect items.

Great night, from the troubadors, the waiters and the food. As always, a terrific experience.

Both the service and the meal was outstanding. We will definitely return to this restaurant.

Very nice ambience, food was very good. The server was terrible, messed up the order, not once but twice.
I work in the industry and left a 20% tip regardless of how poor the server was....I hope the rest of the staff who earned it, benefited from the propina.

First time at Trio. 2 of us and we sat on the outside balcony where the noise level is much lower. Service was excellent as was the food we chose including the Lebanese salad and lamb chops.

As usual the food, service and atmosphere were top notch. The Valentine's menu was varied and alternatives were offered when necessitated by an allergy. The service was over the top... not intrusive but quick, professional and friendly. Food was served hot and fresh. Our 5th year enjoying this place and one of the reasons we visit PV.

Our serving team were all friendly and professional.
But it was a 4 course set menu and they forgot to bring course # 2, the soup. Instead, brought third course and then took a long time for it to be corrected. A glitch compared to usual. The food was excellent as always

Perhaps one of the finest restaurant experiences you could ever imagine.

I was a bit disappointed that we were "stuck" with a special valentines day menu that was not announced at the time we made our reservations. I would not have ordered any of the main course options if there were other choices. In my wife's and my opinion the entrees were mediocre at best, certainly not up to what we are used to getting at this generally above average restaurant. What made us even more disappointed was that some folks near us seemed to have been allowed to order off the regular menu, a option that we were not offered. In so far as service,that was up to their usual high standards and they did handle a busy evening well.

This was our 4th time dining at Trio within 5 weeks! Each and every time our experience was excellent! Food is very well prepared and delicious. The service from every staff member was always way above average - Muy Bien!!!

Excellent experience all around!

Best service we received during a week in Puerto Vallarta. Cocktails were lovely and well made. Salads were light and large. Smaller size entrée options were so nice - we could try more things without overdoing it. Enjoyed the music and art. Definitely will go back.
