Fantastic meal! Not our first visit and it won't be our last. Food was delicious and brought with a smile from our server, Nicole. Arugula salad was seasoned with a tangy lemon dressing that we will try to recreate at him it was so good! Both the veal dishes we had were outstanding, flavorful and cooked to perfection.

We did not give ourselves enough time due to traffic and other factors. Upon sitting down, we let the waitress know we had limited time. We placed our drink order and meal order right away. And then we waited. My son had to be at an event and we asked for his meal to be prioritized and come out first. And we waited more. FInally the waitress arrived at our table with another meal, not my sons. Why? This is the one that came out furst was her response....despite the fact that we asked for his meal to be prioritized. My son had to leave without having his meal and the fact that he hadnt eaten all day. It is true we didnt give ourselves enough time, and it is also true that the restaurant didnt show any urgency despite our request. And the restaurant was pretty empty at 5:45.

The food was outstanding, as always. The service was excellent as well, especially Nicole drinks were also delicious. I’ve been coming here for years and will continue to come back whenever I can.

Everything at Monica's was terrific the food waitress and ambience all terrific.Thedesert menu was not good and the noise from the bar was outrageous. The people at the bar area were loud and obnoxious they obviously had to much to drink would have to change for me to return.Too bad the restaurant is great

Atmosphere was great, food was good, staff were very friendly. My only complaint is that we had a 6:30 reservation and did not get seated until 7:15. And, it would have been longer but another party cancelled. They were very apologetic but felt they could have at least offered dessert on the house.

Food and service were very good with one exception the dessert (tiramisu) was lackluster which seems like a layup for a well known spot in the North End.
