   This was the 1st time we dined at this fine dining restaurant. The service was very good and the ambiance was nice. I would caution when ordering the Branzino encrusted with pistachios. The fish was fresh. However, it was more of a breaded fish that had sprinkled pistachios within the breading and wasn't worth $45. I've ordered encrusted fish numerous times at other restaurants, and I was disappointed. I did let the waitress know, and she offered to bring it back to the chef and offered something else on the menu, but I declined. She said she was going to talk to the chef. I was surprised that the manager did not come over. After we paid, I asked to speak with the manager (purposefully waiting until after I paid as I was not looking for something for free or a discount). I shared above. He said it was the 1st time they had that complaint. He offered to bring something else, and I declined. My spouse ordered the veal saltimboca, which he enjoyed, but the portion was very small, considering it was over $30. We did enjoy the Mediterranean salad and 2 glasses of wine. We won't return as to us the value of the food and the experience was not worth the price to us.

   Wonderful service at the bar last night, Begger’s Purse entree was delicious. The Citrus Beet salad is excellent. It is not noisy now as season winds down.

   Our favorite place in Vero Beach and it never fails. Food, service, and ambience were all outstanding. In particular, our server Sebastian went above and beyond to make my wife’s birthday dinner special. His suggestions and hospitality were appreciated. We will continue to come back to this outstanding establishment.

   This was our first time at Dario's. We sat at the bar & Lauren was excellent. We tried the calamari & it was the best we had anywhere! Our meals were also excellent. We will definitely be back on a regular basis!

   Delicious meals, branzino, lobster ravioli, orecchiette & broccoli rabe. The BEST flourless chocolate cake tartufo bomba was excellent also

   Dario’s is always very good however the cocktails are “extremely” expensive. I ordered a Reposado Margarita, a “drizzle” of Grand Marnier and slice of orange which was served in a short cocktail glass Cost with $3.00 tip $28.00. Really ?
