The food was very greasy and upset both of our stomachs. The patio was nice, until a vendor parked their truck in front while unloading kegs. I wouldn't go back.

Weekend brunch was delicious. We love the seasonal pickle plate and the coffee cake is a necessity. We also enjoyed the chicken sandwich, burger, and red fish entree. This is one of our favorite restaurants. The service is always great, and the food is fresh and delicious.
From the food to the service, everything was amazing and exceeded my expectations. If you’re there for brunch you definitely need to get the coffee cake and shrimp fried rice.

From the initial greeting, the service was rude, standing-offish and they acted as if we were a burden. Our waitress barely spoke to us, the glasses were left empty, drinks unserved, the attitude of the staff was Egregious and the food was not worthy the price.
This was my third visit there and first time bringing my new fiancé who had been told so many good things. We were sorely disappointed.

Food was great. The chef demanded that we put our entire order in at once because he was so busy. Bartender was very slow. Our server was great.
I’ve had the pleasure of dining in many great restaurants in the city and Toups manages to stand out among them. You can taste the love they put in their food and they should be so proud of what they’re doing.
We are locals and wanted to try something different. Toups Meatery will now be on our list. Loved trying all the food, some familiar, some not, but that’s the fun of trying something new. Our server Savannah was great. Good choice.

Food was good, service was absolute garbage. Apps were brought out quickly but we waited an hour to have our meal orders taken after appetizers were finished as the waitress was busy tending other tables and not the one hidden in a corner that we were seated at. We ended up with a different waitress who told us our original one quit midshit - we saw the original one waiting tables and putting dishes away as we were leaving so she apparently "quit" our table and hid until we left. I would never recommend Toups to anyone.
Tried Sunday brunch at Toups. Their brunch menu was solid. Everyone enjoyed their meals. I had the Redfish Bennie. It was excellent. a nice small square of redfish, deep fried with a light batter stood in for the biscuit. The fried batter was as light and crisp as the crust of a biscuit. The inside fish was as flaky and light as the inside of a biscuit. The fish was nestled in a bed of smothered greens - sweet and sour and topped with a poached egg and delicious hollandaise. Perfection. Merci Toups!
Fantastic yet again. Service was great. The food exceeded expectations. We were there for a anniversary.
Excellent meal and great staff. We tried a lot of the items on the menu and loved every bit of it. The owner Isaac was even so good to his staff that he returned while they were short staffed to wash the dishes during dinner rush. Outstanding meals and service and we cannot wait to return.

Phenomenal. The only criticism I had was that the sharing plates on the table were dirty and I had to bring it to the waiters attention. Seems like a detail that should be ironed out prior to opening. Other than that 1 thing everything else was PHENOMENAL. DEFINITELY will be back!!!!!

Toup's is outstanding, as always! We had a wonderful brunch with friends. The food and drinks were fantastic. The staff there is so much fun and always makes any meal there a great experience.

The service was wonderful. Our waitress knew her menu and gave great recommendations on what to order since it was our first time. The food was delicious as were the brunch drinks available to us. The coffee was French press and so smooth and refreshing. I would (and will) definitely recommend Toups Meatery to all who are looking for good food in New Orleans
Had reservations but table wasn’t ready at arrival. Hostesses was apologetic and nice and sat us at the bar while we waited. Sat at bar for at least 10 mins until the bar tender took our drink order. When were finally seated at the table, we were seated in a corner next to a loud table who was waited on, got drinks, water, and appetizers served before we even got water. Food was not worth the price. Higher expectations for a meat board from a restaurant that calls themselves a meatery. Steak was advertised as wagyu but is a “Louisiana waygu” which was essentially a flank or strip steak. Drinks were okay. Looked like black mold was in the corner of the ceiling. Bathroom faucet was broken so unsure of sanitary Standards.

This food was everything we wanted in a place to celebrate our anniversary. We loved the cheese board, my husband had the salad with crab and loved it, while I had the barbecued rabbit. The rabbit was a touch dry, but had an absolutely phenomenal flavor. Then, we enjoyed the Panna cotta with berries and the chocolate/pecan tart. This place also had a nice selection of wine and beer as well. Service was also outstanding, as we had a reservation for 9:30, walked in at 9:37, and they served us with warmth and patience even still. This is a great choice in New Orleans with excellent food and a really nice ambience.

In a town with no shortage of great restaurants, this one has been top of my list for a long time. Always excellent.

I brought my daughter on a weekend trip to NOLA. Her first time in the city! Had to stop at Toup’s.
I really enjoyed my experience at Toups' Meatery! We ordered the boudin balls, fried turkey necks, venison tenderloin, couvillon, and wagyu steak. I recommend everything we tried!!! I am definitely going back to try the meatery board and other dishes!
The food was top notch but the service needs a bit of work. Our wait staff were slow to take orders and forgot a drink order halfway through the meal. It's a bit loud sitting outside next to the road, but overall I was happy with the quality of food for the price.
