   Another lovely evening at one of our favorite Big Island restaurants. The coconut shrimp, lobster egg rolls and green salad were all delicious. Our server was very attentive, and timed the servings perfectly so we could enjoy a leisurely, and relaxing meal.

   Beautiful environment and the fish was excellent. Our server, Faith, made great recommendations.

   Our reservation was at 6:30pm. MaWe arrived 30 minutes early and were promptly seated outside facing west. The sunset was amazing! Our waiter was excellent! Even though he was very busy, he took time to make conversation and give pleasant advice! The food was served on time and was prepared excellently! The atmosphere was crowded but we could converse without having to raise our voices. The price was very reasonable compared to other places we’ve been to in Hawaii. All in all, I highly recommend Tommy Bahama Restaurant!

   We’ve eaten here several times in the past and have always had a great experience. However this most recent experience was subpar. Both dinners (8oz filet and macadamia crusted ono) were over cooked and dry. Both dinners were also extremely salty. In addition the waiter was MIA for most of the meal service. Not a good experience for this restaurant!

   We eat regularly at Tommy Bahama. It is consistently good. Our server this past week was Bailey. She provided excellent service. We look forward to our next visit. I highly recommend this restaurant for good food, great service and fun atmosphere!

   Wonderful restaurant and this was our first time. We will definitely go back. Our server Kekoa was so nice and knowledgeable. The food was very tasty and prices were fair.

    We enjoyed our meal at Tommy Bahama. Our waitress was very attentive and the food was good. The frozen Mai Tai was really good! This is a twist on the standard Mai Tai and I liked it better than a regular Mai Tai on the rocks. The only thing that could have been handled better is our seating. We were initially seated in a booth close to the entrance. We asked to be moved to another table away from the entrance...I think this annoyed the hostess as she put us in the back part of the restaurant and said "the sun will be beating down on you in 10 minutes" and walked away. Needless to say, we didn't want to stay in that location. We asked to move again and were seated (where we wanted to go in the first place) to another table that was just fine. It just felt like she was trying to punish us for requesting to be moved. After that, we had a nice meal and great service.
