    Fantastic experience at Toma. The food is always on point and service is exceptional. It’s a classy joint that is very welcoming and has the best Manhattan and Gnocchi in all of California.

    We went to Tomas largely on the rating in TripAdvisor and were very happy with our experience. I thought the staff was excellent and the atmosphere very pleasant. We ordered a Caesar salad, garlic bread, ravioli and lasagne. Everything was very good and pricing was not too steep. I would recommend it to others.

    Wonderful dinner and service by Walter. Only complaint and it was also from other diners. There was a round table of 6 or so who were very loud, especially a couple of the women. We'll being sending diners to you!

    The restaurant though small is quite beautiful inside. The staff is attentive and kind. The menu is sizable enough to offer many options. The food was fantastic. We had the Zucchini flowers and Classic Caesar salad (huge) followed by the truffle gnocchi and the lemon trenette with seafood. Both were fantastic. Too stuffed for dessert but since it was our anniversary a strawberry mousse appeared. Fantastic experience

    Hubby and I celebrated our anniversary at Toma. Very nice staff. Delicious pasta, bread, and drinks. The celebratory dessert was yummy...thank you.

    Really loved our meal. We had a nice table right by the window. I was a little hesitant to book a restaurant on the water for fear of it being too touristy but it was very delicious meal. Would return.

    Excellent service. Great menu choices-we both had the pink crispy skin salmon after starting with ahi tuna cones and stuffed squash blossoms. Nice atmosphere and views of the beach. Great bar and wine menu. Would return on next visit to SB.
