My boyfriend and I were really happy to visit this restaurant for our special occasion. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented—like something you’d find in a Michelin-starred place. The atmosphere was cozy and the service was great. We’ll definitely be coming back!

First time in SB and first time at Toma. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was comfortable, and the service was outstanding. We enjoyed our evening and would definitely recommend this spot. Thank you.

It's not worth thirty dollars for a hamberger made lasagne. Servic was lousy for us because there were two large groups, making the server more money. It's not worth a repeat. Noisy, mediocre food, and bad service.

The food was very good! The service was really bad. The host tried to seat us at a table with a dog carrier literally blocking the seat, however she did accommodate us when I asked to sit else where. Our server was terrible! You can tell they make a high hourly wage because they don’t care about service. Also, the dog was literally on this table at some point. Restaurant is loud and tables are close together.

Food was tasty, particularly the appetizers, but one of our party members felt their ravioli was too al dente and did not enjoy it. Service was adequate, but not exceptional. The staff made no effort to connect with the group. We were there to celebrate a special birthday, and although the hostess confirmed that upon our arrival, nothing further was said by our waiter. We were in and out of the restaurant in under an hour with a total bill of $240 ($200 food plus tip) for three people. That seemed pricey for the quality of our experience. I would not be inclined to return to this restaurant for a future special event. Good food does not equate to a quality experience.

Celebrated our anniversary last night at Toma's. We hadn't been there for about a year and were thrilled with the fabulous food and service. We had the Tomato and Burrata salad to start - refreshing and just the right way to start the meal. Then my wife had the Shrimp and Scallops, while I had the Cioppino. Both were flavorful and paired with excellent wine recommended by our server Juan. We ended the evening with the Chocolate Torte. If you are looking for a great meal in SB, Toma's is still the place to go!

We had a most enjoyable evening at Toma on Father’s Day. Our server, Linda, was so friendly and made excellent suggestions from our cocktails and wine to our entrees. Everything was delicious. The Ahi tuna cones and squash blossoms were delectable as was the scallops and shrimp entree and crispy skin sea bass. Very nice restaurant and worthy of a special occasion.
