We sat indoors, and although the view was beautiful and the food alright, the tiny gnats flying around our faces and food we’re not only annoying, but made me lose my appetite.

Great idea to dine on Tuesday. Not crowded. Beautiful view of harbor; nice decor. Juan quickly took our order and attended to our needs. Food was served without a wait. Excellent value in today's market. Food was not exceptional, but satisfactory. Had salmon with pasta; salad (too much vinaigrette for my taste); risotto; and 2 bouillabaisse with lots of muscles, clams, fish, bay scallops, and a large chunk of lobster (overcooked- so a bit tough), served with baguette slices. The paella looked inviting (at another table). Dessert was also generous at a very moderate price. We will return with out of town guests. Overall, good (but not excellent)...

If you sit out on the deck, watching the sailing boats, fishermen and blue herons, that is perfect. On the deck, especially waterside, noise level is completely acceptable. Too bad they couldn’t turn down the music, indoors loud and lots of echo. Service is very good. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Food is just okay. The chef needs to learn the value of lemon, limes and vinegar, especially with seafood, to elevate the tang of everything from Cesar salad, (mayonnaise?) to ceviche dipping sauce (teriyaki sauce?) to roasted Brussels sprouts dish, (heavy in maple syrup) Either too much sweet or mayonnaise, just pedestrian. In my opinion, a bad cook. The apple crisp desert was mushy, fluffy, floury too sweet, absolutely No Apples, and again, an overly sweet caramel flavored syrup on the scoop of vanilla. Sugar. Sugar, more sugar…but no real fruit substance or flavor. Where was the fruit? There was none. No apples. I had to squeeze lemon on everything to make it edible. Market fish dish, completely over cooked, hard and dry. Could barely choke it down. Extremely disappointing. This kitchen needs a better chef. But if you’re there for other reasons than good food, you’ll be happy enough.

We enjoyed the quality of food very much. Price is at the higher side but we feel it is still reasonable. Will be back for another Sunday Brunch or regular dinner.
