The food is always good and the staff are very friendly. They have kids menu that works for our son or we have been there for date night also. Sometimes it gets a little tight with tables and servers moving around, but overall a great place to have lunch or dinner anytime.

Our drinks and pot stickers were terrific, but my entree, the kung pao fried chicken, was awful. The actual chicken meat was fine, but it was buried in a thick, hard crust- -like biting through old snow-- and a ridiculously thick layer of a suffocating sauce that was basically salt, salt and more salt. Inedible. How can you make fried chicken inedible? Bury it in a sauce clearly no one in the kitchen has tasted or you would never put so much on. My friend got a bowl of ramen-- it was just ok. Neither of us ate much of either entree.

Food was mediocre. The ramen lacked depth of flavor we're used to eating at other Japanese restaurants. The calamari was too hard eat, in the end we ended up throwing the calamari away.

Service was great. It was too noisy for me—maybe I’m just an old lady now. They were playing horrible early 2000s music, and it was way too loud. The food was okay. I give them an “A” for effort, but think I’ll head next door to Shaw’s next time.

Excellent food and excellent staff! We had lunch there and was able to eat at our own pace and still be done in a reasonable time.
