   The food and ambience was ok but it took us more than 40 minutes to be served two starters and a main course. This was not even at rush hour and the restaurant wasn't even full. We had to rush our meal as we had to go to a show and we were late already. On the positive, they accommodated changing our booking times on the same day.

   Sadly- this was our 2nd visit @ Ting and we were so excited to bring our boys for an incredible experience from the USA but we’re more than DISAPPOINTED! Upon being seated at a beautiful window table with a view, it took several minutes for anyone to come over. Our server finally came over and asked if we were ready to order. No hello, have you been here before or to explain the menu @ $98£ per person. After we ordered our drinks and meal, several people delivered our dishes and refilled our water. Our 8:30 reservation kept until 10:45. We waited over 20 minutes for our dessert (chocolate cake) that visibly sat in the window. Once it arrived, our server came back to let us know she was leaving to go home for the night and that someone else would take over. Meanwhile, still having 8 tables in the restaurant, the staff continued to reset tables and fill salt/pepper shakers for the next day. It was clear everyone was ready to leave for the day and it was beyond a disappointment for our family. Our tab was over $700£ and they automatically add 15% gratuity so they could care less. There are SO many other restaurants in London we would have been able to visit but thought this would be a great experience for our boys and at The Shard. And then to see they were sitting an other table of 4 people at 10:45 when we left was a joke. I would skip Ting all together. Maybe look at another restaurant option @ The Shard or skip all together and do something else in the city. This has been the biggest bummer of our trip. Thank god we have Paris to look forward to for a few days.

   Service was exceptional..from the girl at the front door - who resolved our ask - to the staff in the restaurant..everyone was so accommodating…food was just so creative and tasty. We loved it..what we would have loved perhaps was some soft background music. Definitely would recommend.

   Had a very lovely experience dining here! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with just the right blend of comfort and style. The food was absolutely fantastic—every dish was flavorful, beautifully presented, and exceeded expectations. A special shoutout to our waitress, Madina, who truly elevated the experience. She was attentive, kind, and had such a wonderful energy that made us feel so welcome. Her service was impeccable, and she added a personal touch that made our visit unforgettable. A perfect spot for great food, great vibes, and exceptional service!

    We waited over 2 hours for our mains, 2 of which turned up as tepid warm rather than hot. They did throw in a free shared dessert and £10 off the bill - but really very sub optimal for a £400 meal. Plus side - the sommelier helped me choose a nice chateau neuf de pape. I would not return.
