   Apparently this restaurant is. It using open table for their reservations. Got their at 9pm and was told it’s a 45 min wait, even thought my Open table res was for 9. Input my name in and they never called me!!!!!!! Terrible service and not many options in Blackhawk CO. When we got back to that casino I let the restaurant manager know and he was less than apologetic and made no offer to help, only that they don’t use open table. Terrible experience. I’ve eaten here before but have no plans to again.

   Service was very nice and friendly. I did not think that the food was worth the price, however.

   Our reservation was at eight we didn’t get in till after nine. Which was fine we got seated and they were so busy and seemed backed up. We ordered a soup and a salad and a seafood tray. About 10 o’clock we got the seafood tray and never did get our soup and salad. The server said the kitchen was way backed up. I certainly understand the shortage and help and I’ve had many great meals there but this night was a complete miss.

   Worst experience ever at this restaurant. The server was great but the food was undercooked. Even after sending our prime right back it was raw. Fortunately the manager took care of our bill which made sense since we didn’t need the food.

   Even though I had reservations AND over $300.00 in credits, they would not let me order food to go. Ate at the Players Club instead. Don't know if I will dine here again.

   You can’t go wrong with the Timberline. The halibut and NY Strip were excellent. Staff very attentive and all service was excellent.

    Apparently Timberline no longer works with OpenTable. The host was very gracious and honored our reservation anyway. Server, Clay, was OUTSTANDING. So much food. Three hour dinner. Great martini to kick it off. Will go again for sure!!
