Tillers serves a wonderful buffet with many choices, all delicious. Carving stations were top notch and desserts will satisfy your sweet tooth!

The Mothers Day brunch buffet was honestly terrible. Except for the Turkey, the food was either dry, cold, or in the case of the Waffle station, non existent. They were 15 mins late to setting up, and even things like the Gravy were bad, watery and somehow chunky. Tables around us were making the same comments. For 70 dollars a person i have to advise eating anywhere else. No way they tasted the food before serving. Cold mashed potatoes, dry gnocchi, and terrible prime rib. It was so bad we actually had a laughingly good time. Until the bill came. I am sure they were having an off day- but it is the last time we will ever eat here. Terrible terrible food.

Went for Denver Restaurant Week. The food was amazing and the staff was so friendly! Will definitely go again. Highly recommend!

Horrible, I called at noon to discuss our reservations for Thanksgiving at 2:30pm (the thanksgiving buffet hours were 10-3 online). I was assured that 3pm was when they would stop seating & we would not be rushed for our meal. Up arriving not only were we going to be given a tiny table in the middle of the restaurant that was 80% vacant, but twenty minutes after we arrived a young man, whom was the manager, came up to us and asked us if we were finished (plates still full) and that they are closing up. This is Thanksgiving mind you. Grateful for Stephanie the server and the hotel manager who stepped in to teach this terribly inexperienced, rude kid that his actions, behavior & wording were unacceptable. They took care of the meal, but we left, still hungry, barely finished our food. Went back upstairs to our room to eat boxed noodles. This kid has no business being the manager and face of that restaurant. He needs way more experience before he is given the reigns to run a hospitality business.

We tried asking the male hostess if we could sit at one of the larger booths or at another spot in the restaurant so we weren’t in the middle of everyone since we had 2 little kids and all he said was NO to everything we asked. It was either the table was already reserved or that side of the restaurant was not meant for the Thanksgiving buffet, and apparently the reservation that had the very large booth had only 2 people sitting there and we had 6 people. It made no sense. Then they the male hostess came to our table asking if we were done eating or if we were going to want more because they were closing the buffet which is very rude, we felt he was rushing us out of there. The waitress was very nice tho and did not charge us for the kids meals which is good since they barely ate any of the food anyway. The food was decent but not very hot at all. The ambience was okay, from the top it looked like a very fancy place but the floors, tables and chairs made it feel like a cafeteria and for $68 per person I would except it to be much nicer.

Food on thanksgiving was pretty good but I would have expected some fresh fruits and veggies. None provided, just three pre-made salad choices. Not as good as other Marriott buffets I have been to. Ambiance and service was good. We were charged for black coffee after the meal, which seems petty to me as part of a $70 per person meal, IMHO.
