Tiburon Fine Dining has quietly become one of Utah's premier restaurants. Tiburon is located in the south end of the Salt Lake valley in an unassuming building that formerly housed a fruit stand. But don't be fooled, Tiburon serves award-winning contemporary American cuisine ranging from pan-seared Beef Tenderloin with Foie Gras and Madiera syrup to Black Sesame-Crusted Ahi Tuna with Honey and Soy Marinated Carrots. The Crab Cakes consistently win best in the state and the salads are raved about by the locals. But it does not end with the food, service is always top-notch. Led by a staff that has been with owners since its opening in 1999, guests always feel welcomed in the warm and friendly atmosphere. And in the Summer with it's patio dining. Tiburon is the place to dine in the South Valley.

    It had been forever since we had Tiburon, and it did not disappoint!! The scallops, crab cakes, beet/burrata salad and drinks were all absolutely perfection!! And our server was so on top of things and just adorable!! Thanks for a great evening! We WILL be returning!

    As always, the service was exceptional however, I’ve been eating there close to 20 years and it’s the first time my has ever arrived at the table pre-cut into bite-size pieces, smothered, and covered a little bit more on the well-done side than the medium as I ordered, and as I mentioned something to our waiter, he proceeded to argue with me about how the elk comes out from the kitchen. I have a feeling that they were running out of elk so they cut it up in the bite-size pieces and put it on your plate like stew meat.

    Shared laughs + summer vibes on the patio with friends I rarely get to see that live in Utah Tucked away in an unassuming spot, this incredible restaurant blew us away -- from the warm service on the quaint patio, to the vegetable garden that is nearly the same size as the restaurant, to the food that has perfect mix of texture & flavors! We had: -Hot and fresh bread with a mystery spread that was divine -A delicious salad w/ fresh fruit & walnuts with fresh tasty vinaigrette with light cheese -Beet + burrata dream -Crabcakes & perfectly seared scallops -Melt-in-your-mouth Wagyu that was on special -Ridiculously good chocolate mousse, cinnamon, ice cream, and their new raspberry lemon butter cake -Exceptional waiter that was knowledgeable and passionate about the menu and Chef Carlos/Owner Ken Rose #GardenToTable #UtahEats #HiddenGem #FoodieHeaven

    We’ve been wanting to experience Tiburon for awhile now, and finally had the opportunity. Can confirm, everyone singing their praises are absolutely correct. The service was exceptional, and the food and cocktails were outstanding and perfectly portioned. We enjoyed the elk steak, seared ahi, beef tenderloin and the scallops. The sides and cocktails were absolutely tasty as well. Looking forward to having another meal at Tiburon again soon!

    The meal and service were fantastic. We sat on the patio, which was very nice and enjoyable for the evening. Have eaten here many times and the food and service have never disappointed me.

    Tiburon is on my personal top three list for great SLC fine dining restaurants. My last meal there with my wife was great as always. The service was impeccable thanks to Ashley’s careful attention to detail. I am especially impressed by the restaurant’s care to ask about food allergies and intolerances. It shows class and concern for patrons. I would give more stars if I could!
