   Disappointed on a Special Occasion After Previous Great Visits I’ve always enjoyed dining at 32, and in the past, I’ve had wonderful experiences with my husband and other family members. That’s why I was excited to bring my mom for the first time during Mother’s Day weekend — we had been looking forward to this outing for months. The positives first: the ambiance was beautiful as always, and the service was exceptional. The staff was attentive, polite, and really made us feel welcomed. Unfortunately, the main entrées — the highlight of the evening — fell short of expectations. Both my mother and I ordered steaks (hers from the 50-year menu and mine, the ribeye). Although the wait for food was a bit long, we didn’t mind initially because we were enjoying ourselves. However, when the steaks arrived, they were room temperature — definitely not what you'd expect, especially for medium-cooked steaks. It seemed like our plates may have been sitting for a while before being served. The server was gracious and offered to have them warmed. We agreed, and the manager returned with the plates. Disappointingly, while the plates were hot this time, the steaks themselves were still lukewarm — essentially the same as before. At that point, we didn’t want to create a scene and were just too hungry to wait any longer. We asked for the food to be packed to go. While they kindly comped our desserts, we couldn’t help but feel let down, especially considering the price point of the steaks. A fresh preparation would’ve likely turned the experience around, but unfortunately, that wasn’t offered. I’m still a fan of 32, and I believe in second chances. I just hope our feedback is helpful for the management in addressing these kinds of issues, especially when guests are celebrating meaningful occasions.

   My wife and I enjoyed our dinner very much, as we always do at 32. Food, drink, & service were wonderful as always. Thank you!

   We celebrated our 1st anniversary at Thirty Two. It was amazing the service was superb, the meal delicious, and overall dining experience was fabulous. They made us feel special and we had a wonderful evening. The chef’s unique take on the menu shines through from salad to entree to dessert. Thanks to our servers Brian and Daniel for making this evening so very special.

   We have dined here several times and always had a great experience! A change in Menu and possibly the kitchen staff resulted in poor quality of the food overall. Cold food and less than fresh salad and sides. Most disappointing!

   I had the Lobster tail and Prime Rib. Excellent on both. Lobster a little pricey but it was quality lobster. Cooked to perfection.

   Everything from the minute we got off the elevator, was absolutely first class. Ambiance, service, detail to quality of food, selection of menu, both food and wine was extensive!! Would recommend!!

    Filet was amazing!! Ribeye was mediocre at best. Service was excellent. Drinks were good. Great ambiance. Definitely recommended.
