   Wonderful lunch in the Winter Garden. A good gluten-free selection, carefully explained. Nothing was rushed and very attentive staff. The Winter Garden is a superb setting, so well worth a visit.

   Very cosy environment, food is on point Not forgetting the amazing staff (SYED 😍), his service is 10/10-nothing Very lovely, professional and amazing guy Definitely going back

   I had a lovely birthday dinner here. The service was exquisite. Ambience was spectacular. Food was also just as delightful. I will highly recommend. Great staff. Very pleasant and professional. Thank you . 5-star indeed!

   Ambience and vibes were awesome. Pianist played happy birthday for my sister and they gave her a candle too. Staff were very attentive and the food was lovely. Would definitely come again.

   This is the second time we visited The Winter Garden. We first visited last November when the food was among the best we have ever had. This time (we understand there has been a change in the head chef) the food was good but nowhere near the standard we experienced back in November

   Food is great, service was friendly and accommodating, the ambience is amazing with the decor. The only problem we had were the really awkward seating. Instead of chairs they had small sofa chairs so you either lean back all the way or get no back support as you sit up and eat. Otherwise the staff were really nice and the food was perfectly cooked.

   Food was excellent, particularly at the price, and service in the restauramt good. But getting a pre-dinner drink was excruciatingly slow, 20 minutes even to get a drinks menu, another 20 to get an order in, yet another 20 to get 2 simple cocktails. The staff were not to blame, they work hard, but staffign levels are nowjhere near adequate.

    Amazing space and excellent service. Set menu price was good value for money. Food was good. It was our anniversary and we were given a lovely extra desert at the end for the occasion.
