The fish special was divine; of course the wine chosen for us by Moro was outstanding. We and Our guests felt so pampered by each staff member. This is MY favorite restaurant since the mid 1990.

One of our guests had never had wine tasting at WineSellar. It just happened that we came for dinner at the tail-end of Bordeaux vs Meritage. So our guest was happy. Additionally our table had the special education on wine by the Sommelier there. Great evening. Thank you WineSellar team.

What a gem! We feel like we stumbled upon a local secret. The restaurant was not busy. It was Tuesday, so there was no need for a reservation, though the server told us it was likely light due to spring break. The service was fantastic. We were never rushed. The food was very good and the courses were paced well. The wine knowledge and suggestions were phenomenal. If you’re a foodie and a wine lover, this is your place! I wish we were local, I would come back for the wine shop too.

Wonderful ambience, sophisticated, but comfortable, with soft jazzy music in the background and beautiful decor. It feels like you’ve been transported to Paris without the jet lag. Food is always amazing, top chef quality without the top chef prices, and the servers are always both professional and friendly. This has been our favorite restaurant for special occasions for years. Also, their wine pairing dinners for a memorable night out.

This was an unexpected find in what appears to be a warehouse area. The dining room is upstairs from a wine “seller” and features a variety of different domestic and non-domestic wines. The food selection is circumscribed but there is a reasonable variety of choices that you can find something that you’d like. I started off with the Effen cucumber martini which was light and delicious. I then had the Greek salad. Not exactly what I was expecting and there was a lot so I only ate half. (I was expecting more of a spring mix than chopped iceberg.) My husband had the squash soup which he really liked (I had a spoonful but I don’t really care for squash soup). I had the ribeye which was delicious while my husband had the sea bass which was light and buttery as you would hope. He chose a California Pinot which was very good while I had a French Pinot which was more similar to a Merlot and went very well with the steak. We topped this off with the crème brûlée which was out of this world! Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the area.

Situated in an office building complex with zero visibility from the street so it’s a little tricky to find but just Waze didn’t let us down. :) The upstairs dining room is somewhat smaller than anticipated but felt cozy and didn’t feel too crowded. Serving staff members were excellent, food was presented nicely and with good flavor. (It was good but I was hoping for a little more excitement.) Overall nice experience!

The WineSellar & BrasserieResponded on February 16, 2023Hello and thank you for your input. Our apologies, the 10th was a special prefix menu for the weekend before Valentine's Day, and not a reflection of what we normally offer. We tried to call everyone a few days before to make sure they knew we only had the prefix this weekend, but if your notification slipped through the cracks, I'm so sorry, and hope you'll come back on a regular night and see what we can offer. Thanks for your feedback, and we hope to host you again in the future!

It was my friend’s birthday and they made her feel very special, thank you! The service was great, thanks again! The only unsatisfactory item was the fish dish…. It was very plain and didn’t have any sauce, I was surprised since I was expecting more when it comes to French cuisine… but the short ribs dish was amazing as expected in French cuisine! Also, No mix drink here again…, I’d only order wine! Overall, I’d come back to order short ribs :)

The WineSellar & BrasserieResponded on February 16, 2023Hello and thank you for writing, I apologize about the fish, normally it is served with an amazing lemon caper butter sauce, or a Basil Beurre Blanc, I don't know how yours went out without! I hope you will come back and let us try to redeem your poor fish experience, otherwise our prized Angus Short Ribs are always waiting for you, and we are so glad you enjoyed them. We hope to see you again soon!

We did a birthday dinner for 6 in the private dining room. The food and service were excellent. Although it wasn't cheap, I think the value was strong considering the food quality and overall experience. My only complaint was that my sister found a hair in with her steak. Obviously, no one did this on purpose and they did do an adjustment to the bill in light of that. But I've been going to WineSellar for many years and do recommend it. I rent a wine locker there and they also have an excellent wine shop with wine that you won't find at the supermarkets. They also are very knowledgable about wine and their chef is quite good.

We looked forward to another calm dinner with our party of four, especially after noticing that the restaurant wasn’t overly crowded for a Friday evening. However, after getting to our table, it became obvious that the holiday party for a local company was going to be a persistent disruption throughout our meal — the disruption peaked during the silly gift stealing game that lead to sudden outburst of screams, shouts, and loud applause. I’ll chalk this up as simply a casualty of the holiday season, and look forward to more consistently calmer visits in the future.

The WineSellar & BrasserieResponded on December 29, 2022Thank you for your feedback and let me apologize for your evening being disrupted by another party. Though it is difficult to monitor diners, as you can imagine, we appreciate your desire for an enjoyable evening dining with your friends. We did go over and ask the party to be aware of other diners that evening. We will continue to try and have diners respect their fellow diners. We hope your next experience meets both your and our standards!
