   Fabulous Cuban food! The paella was out of this world. The rice pudding was a unique treat.

   We were seated and waited 25 minutes before. A server acknowledged our presence. It was 45 minutes before we got a drink. We ordered dinner, and while it came out pretty quickly, only 3 of the 4 meals actually arrived. The fourth was several minutes later. The $12 vegetable side of baby carrots was undercooked and also came even later than the fourth entree. Dining room was extremely loud. I'm not sure if we'd return

   It was Easter Sunday and low on staff, so I believe it was the manager that waited on us and served us. It was excellent service and food. I had one of their signature dishes, paella and it was fabulous and generous. The wine was top notch and a generous pour. My daughter had herbed marinated chicken and liked it very much. I would return.

   The food, the atmosphere, the service (Mike) was awesome! The desk staff - no idea what they are doing - checked 3 times to see if our table was ready? The noise level was horrible and you could not carry on a conversation with each other at the table. I loved the Cuban Black Bean Soup & the Ham Coquettes! I’ll be back for the food, but we will eat outside!

   this would have been nice if the surrounding people weren't so loud the food for the price meh I ve eaten at 3 star restaurants that were 100% better the coffee watered down

   Cuban dishes are excellent. Service was disappointed - waited 25 mins to order. But they made up for it and were attentive for the rest of the meal.

    It seemed that much of the staff was new and needed more training in customer service. We had reservations for brunch and arrived early. The hostess told us we could sit at the bar and she would come get us when our table was ready. It took quite a while to get service at the bar. My husband had to ask someone to wait on us. She had never heard of the wine we asked for - Sauvignon Blanc and had to get the experienced bartender to fill our request. We had been there for about a half hour and so 15 minutes after our reservation time , I went to the hostess and asked how much longer. She said she could seat us now. I asked why didn’t she get us as promised. She said she is new and forgot us. The waitress seemed pleasant enough but only checked in on us shortly after serving us but never checked in again to see if we needed anything. We had to get her attention for our check. Everyone was pleasant but short on knowing what makes a pleasant experience. Training is the key. The food was wonderful.
