I have been to the Waterhouse on a number of occasions and have always had a great time the food is always of an excellent standard the service is always great will always come here for the reasons bravo Waterhouse

The menus is extensive , the food here is amazing. The staff are lovely , the location great there is no reason not to try this restaurant

Reserved for a Friday night...thought it would be buzzing but only three other tables had people on. Probably because it closes at 1030pm? (didn't actually realise until there). Service was a little slow considering not many people in but actually that was fine! Chips came late however during the mains. Would imagine the little outside space near the canal is nice on a warm summers evening. Not bad little place. Food was ok lamb was a little underdone but couldn't tell by sight as the lights were dimmed but it was late so I ate it anyway. Overall tasty.

Went for dinner and thoroughly enjoyed the food. Menu wasn't exhaustive but the choices were interesting. I had the curry which was delicious. My friends had the steak and one had the lamb chops. Both of them commented that they were pleased with their choices. But the dessert of chocolate fondant ........ Nothing to say apart from yum yum

Waterhouse has a fantastic location, right on the canal, with a terrace for eating outside when it's warm enough (it wasn't this time). The young staff are friendly and helpful. I've had excellent food when I've eaten there before; this time mine wasn't quite as good, though my friend was more enthusiastic about hers. Still, with lunchtime mains at £6.50, I wouldn't complain. The atmosphere was relaxed, and we didn't have to compete with loud music.

We've been meaning to go to The Waterhouse for years and glad we we did because it was just amazing. The service was great, the food was delicious and the premise of the restaurant is awesome. If you didn't know, it's a charity run restaurant - love it!

I was very impressed with the menu and will definitely come back to try more of the dishes. I had chicken which was very succulent and tasty. Along with some delicious greens. The location is great but it was a bit awkward we were the only 2 people dining all night.

Really easy to book, clear communication. The service and the food were great! really enjoyed the whole experience. The food took a while to come, but it might be due to the fact we ordered from the dinner menu at lunch time. I really recommend this restaurant
