Appetizers. Seared Scallops & Crispy Pork Bell. Pork belly was ok, scallops were rubbery. Oregano-crusted Calamari was chewy. Entrees. Roast Pork & Mushroom Paperdelle is a good $20 dish, not worth $28. Roast Duck Breast was nice and rare. However, a few area where so tough, the steak knife provided just couldn't cut thru and ended just ripping it apart. Crab and Shrimp cakes seemed to please but weren't anything special. Dessert. Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp was good. Service was extremely attentive and the highlight. Our server brought everyone small classes of vanilla ice cream to go along with the one order of dessert. A thoughtful touch. Water classes never went empty and drinks arrived timely.

There were 4 people in our lunch party. The Washington House accommodated our early arrival and was able to seat us outside on a beautiful day! Everyone enjoyed their food tremendously! The Short Rib Grilled Cheese, the pork sandwich special, and the pappardelle were truly delicious! We will be back!

Wonderful experience. The food was excellent and the personnel very attentive and friendly. We booked a show that was great at the Sellersville Theater right behind the hotel. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

My husband and I have always enjoyed dining at The Washington House. The ambience, food and the service are always top notch. We had a very nice brunch yesterday. The food was yummy! Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. We will be back soon!

Lovely old hotel with a very nice prix fixe Father’s Day brunch. We eat there often and always enjoy it. A lot of food for the price and nice options. We were seated where a lace curtain in the doorway separated us from a table with small children. The mom put a video on her phone at a volume that interfered with our conversation. Gave her the benefit of the doubt that she didn’t realize it, but left early and mentioned to hostess to remind those sorting “back to back” to be aware.
