Service was very good but the food was overpriced for the quality. You are paying for the ambience of a small restaurant located in the Mountain Village.
Food and service was excellent.
Yummy dinner such great flavors!
Our second time visiting the restaurant and enjoy their food. Three course price fix was offered but not required. Only complaint was soup of the day was some sort of bean soup but not one bean was found in the soup. A bit of a turn off for an expensive bowl of soup!
First time to Telluride abs did this for dinner our first night. Everything was wonderful, very quaint and food was amazing. Will be back!
Nice evening. Prix fix not a bargain. Food and service quite good.
The Village Table has become one of must restaurants when we stay in Mountain Village Telluride.
We strongly recommend its eclectic Spanish/Colorado diverse menu.
Always a great meal at the Village Table. A must visit.
Terrible service but the food was ok - very expensive for the quality.
Handling customer reservations in the middle of winter, in the middle of a pandemic, is no easy task, but The Village Table handled this very well. We were very concerned that we would be eating outside with temperatures in the 20's, but the restaurant had heaters directly at the tables and provided blankets that made the experience not only comfortable, but cozy. Service was attentive and the food was both beautifully presented and wonderfully flavored. The staff checked on us often to make sure that we were comfortable with the temperatures and enjoying our dinner, and we left with both our hunger and our hearts content.
Location and food are great. Service and reception needs some work.
This continues to be our favorite restaurant in Mountain Village. Their new Prix Fixe menu offers excellent choices, and you can continue to order a la carte. Very comfortable with their COVID arrangements.
We went to Village Table on a Valentine's date. Everything was delicious as usual. Rob is a hospitality specialist and bartender extraordinaire, and made sure we were warm and toasty even though we outside.
Could only get outside seating but they had patio heaters and a blanket for my wife. Charity was our server and was super friendly and very attentive. Food was delicious and they have an amazing wine list!
Always an excellent dining experience and best cocktail in Telluride, Gordon’s Mountain Mint Martini!
Nothing special. Kind of expensive! Never prefer price fix menus.
Excellent food and excellent service.
They do everything well. The menu is reduced as is the seating but each item we tried was fantastic! We love the croquettas and the paella and the short ribs and the duck ragu. Save room for the chocolate mousse dessert. Great end to a wonderful meals!
Artichoke appetizer and cobbler dessert were both very good. Chicken and chorizo paella was a disappointment- dry rice, virtually no chicken and chorizo sliced like pepperoni.
Decent restaurant - food would have been 5 stars except for its paella which looked like it has been sitting there for a while. Rice is mushy!
Pared down menu contains all of our favorites! Rob’s attentiveness and humor made the evening even better. Love this place!
Consistent great food! After two meals in one week, and as foodie with professional chefs in the family, I can only give Village Table the highest recommendation. Every course was excellent.
On the positive, the staff was friendly, the ambiance quiet & intimate and location on the plaza easy to navigate. We were excited to have tapas and paella at a well ranked place. The paella fell flat - the rice was almost mush with too much broth (rice should be almost crunchy around the edges) and flavor could have used more spices. The Nonna’s beef braise was like a stew and quite tender with a generous portion. It, too, was bland and in need of some savory spices, which would have made it perfect. The Spanish chocolate mousse, made with olive oil, was light & fluffy and full of chocolate. Enjoyable but would try other restaurants before returning.
Due to the indoor dining restrictions and cold weather, we were the only people there. I felt bad they were even staying open for us. Very nice waist staff (and ownership, I believe). Tough time to be open but they were doing their best to put a smile on their faces and the food was very good.
New Year’s dinner was excellent. We ate outdoors with heaters because of COVID and it worked. Service was very good. The paella was great but the best were the tapas.
We had reservations at this restaurant for several days. We made 2 reservations. The first one we showed up at, some woman greeted us and told us they were doing ‘takeout’ only due to COVID. However, they had outside seating. They shouldn’t allow their business to take reservations if they aren’t accommodating them. Nobody called us, even though we had booked well in advance. As a result, we ended up with takeout pizza. I tried cancelling the 2nd night, but the app wouldn’t let us because the restaurant required a phone call. I tried calling the restaurant several times and there was no answer. I finally gave up and called another restaurant that accommodated us for outdoor dining. This was very unprofessional, and even though the restaurant is in the same building as our condo, it’s likely we won’t return.
One of our favorites.. and the added outdoor seating this year was amazing!
Delicious food. Too cold to enjoy it. Staff tried to accommodate but like eating in a freezer
Good experience during a pandemic.
Food was pretty good. The waiter was incompetent. I asked what the soup of the day was and he didn't know. There's only one soup. We asked about other dishes and he didn't have any input.
Ordered multiple tapas and a bottle of Cava. Our server Ryan, curated a perfect selection of the small plates.
The food is mediocre quality and overpriced. I recognize that Telluride is expensive, but the food should be better than this.
A great find in the mountain village. Tapas were fantastic and the paella was especially flavorful!
Paella was disappointing. Shrimp tasted old. Artichoke hearts were tasty but other than that was a forgettable experience unfortunately
I had the veggie paella and it was delicious! All of our meals were just perfect.
Fabulous fish & paella! Great service & staff
Very good food. Plenty of options for all types of diets. Everyone was happy with both tapas selections, entree options, and wine list. Service attentive. Recommend for anyone looking for a good dinner in the village.
Amazing food and service. Ask for Charity! She’s delightful. Trout was superb as were many of the tapas.
We always enjoy the food and the service and we are always the last to leave!!
Great menu and restaurant for celiac or gluten allergy. Food was a little privacy but the service was great and we saw an amazing sunset. Definitely recommend ordering tapas style so you can share.
