The Village Table
Mon–Fri, Sun 4:00 pm–5:30 pm

The tapas are fantastic, not only in presentation, but in taste. The grilled calamari was unbelievable! I highly recommend this establishment.
Once a waiter was assigned to our table the service was perfect ! Loved having the live guitar music while dining!
Really excellent experience. I would highly recommend.
It took an extremely long time to see a waiter, and when we did, he was dressed unprofessionally in street clothes with no identification or apron. We didn't receive the waters we ordered until after the meal came (I had to ask a second time for our drinks), which was another very long wait. I didn't have the silverware I needed, and our waiter seemed grouchy that I asked him for a fork. Food was not noteworthy. Took a very long time for the check and then for him to process our card. Will not be back.
Been coming here for years. Family oriented and run by a family. Chef is VERY creative. Highly recommended.
Village Table is a great find in Telluride Mountain Village. We have dined there several times and never have been disappointed. Service is excellent, food is great - it's hard to make a bad pick on this menu. John (owner/chef) really knows what he is doing.
Village Table never disappoints. The food is always fresh and delivered promptly, the servers are always so friendly and we are greeted as if we are family. They go out of their way to satisfy any special requests. The trout and vegetarian paella are two of our favorite dishes but we have enjoyed every dish that we have tried on their menu.
Very nice, just not outstanding. The guitar player was excellent. Perfect background music, but we could still carry on a conversation.
Great food and service ... really enjoyable experience
Love everything about this restaurant. The food is fresh and delicious, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere is comfortable, cultural, and artsy. We will be back again and again.
The food was so so
Pretty pricey for the fare.
We had a very pleasant dinner at this restaurant and will definitely return.
Nice options for adults and kids. Atmosphere is cozy too.
We enjoyed another terrific dining experience at The Village Table! Food is always good, the lightening and noise levels are perfect for conversation, and the Spanish guitarist is delightful. Great ambience in s small space. The flan is the best!
Tapas were excellent. The seafood Paella was outstanding!
Matt did a great job serving us. Ordered a rare Kobe steak that came back closer to medium... he snapped to, and brought New a new steak, perfect! Asked if he could get me anything while I waited.
This is a very nice restaurant at a great location in telluride, food was very good I had onion soup and a filet mignon which was delicious... service outstanding, our table was arranged immediately even know we showed up earlier, wine recommendation was very good. Overall is a very good place.
Dining here with friends during a ski vacation - the ambience was warm and friendly. Tried to come a bit early for a drink but the bar of this small restaurant was full of diners (so we went to another place nearby, Iron Grill, that was very friendly and accommodating - even provided water for those not ordering a drink). Highly recommend the red sangria and ruby red trout.
Beautiful meal! Loved the live guitar music. Had a great experience
Our group of 4 ate at Village Table during our ski trip in the Teluride area. We got there in time for Happy Hour at about 5:20. We ordered a combination Tapas and wine and mixed drinks for starters. Everything was very good. I loved the tortilla (egg and potato). The prices were the most reasonable we saw during our stay there. We ordered Lamb Shank, Trout and Paella for our main courses. One person got a Caesar salad. It was huge and the lamp shank dinner was very generous but the Paella Serving was very small and the trout only had a small side of greens but was very tasty.
Excellent food and service!!!
The food and service are wonderful. Great value for Telluride prices. Doesn’t have the ambiance of some other places but those other places charge for it. Definitely worth a visit.
Food was tasty. Service was iffy. Meals were extremely expensive.
One of the best restaurants in Telluride. Excellent service, best paella, duck, and fillets. We will definitely return. Love this restaurant.
We have dined at the VT for years and have never, not once, had a bad meal or food that was not prepared excellently. This is a place we often bring out of town guests and when they return they almost always ask “can we go back to that Mediterranean place?” Telluride is a place where dining out is expensive no matter where you go and the VT is one of the best values going. The paella, meatballs and calamari steak are favorites and the salads are fresh and huge. You won’t be disappointed.
Outstanding food and service
Excellent food and ambiance. Really enjoyed the guitar player, which was perfectly unobtrusive and delightful
Great food in a nice setting...guitar player adds nice atmosphere. Calamari steak tapas is unique and rather extraordinary...my fourth time having it and it continues to meet my mouth watering expectations!
Very nice and pleasant live music
Our first night in town with our son and his friends . Something for everyone.
Best Paella...in the Western Slope (Specially the Diego Paella)
Fantastic food and great/friendly service.
Went for NYE. Food was good, but overpriced for a fixed menu. I have eaten at Allreds for cheaper. The portions were small too which was okay since I didn't over eat, but I felt $125/person was a bit high
Food was just fair; roast chicken was tasteless; other sampling’s were mediocre. Not cheap. Location was convenient hence the prices.
We have been going to the Village Table since they first opened! When we used to get the seafood paella, the dish was hearty with seafood variety. This is not how it was the last visit; much more rice than seafood. Not a good value for $61 (2).
Excellent Flatliners, but they ran out of Bailey's. We were excited for our Flatliners dessert, but left disappointed.
Overall, I would still recommend. Very nice family and great atmosphere.
Always quaint with great food and cocktails. Tapas are great for sharing! Main entrees are on the smaller size, so tapas are a must!
Love this place
Lovely meal on Christmas Night. Great gluten free awareness
Disappointed in the food. Ordered a vegetable Paella that was quite expensive ($29). It was only some vegetables on top of the rice. Also ordered the artichoke appetizer which came with about 1" of inedible, unchewable leaves attached to a small heart - with the sauce it was hard to see where the heart was so you could cut it off from the edible part.
The paella was extremely tasty. Four of us that dined together all got this wonderful delicious dish and nothing was left to take home! Gino, the server, was very friendly and pleasant. A great Friday night out!
Always a lovely experience! it's our favorite in MV. Gordon at the bar is a sweetheart.
