   Forgot to scan my rewards, called back the restaurant to get my rewards dollars but never got my combination. Email about my reward rewards and still not received them manager. Please call me 443-865-7597.

   Front of the House - Butch and Patti - wonderful Team. Both represent the Atlas Restaurant Group brand. Both welcome you coming in the door and encourage you the come back when you are leaving. They are consistent and genuine - a wonderful combination. Wait Staff - Zach - steady and consistent. Attentive and professional. Make the lunch time go smoothly. Meal - Maryland crab soup - bowl - filled with crab meat. Seasoned and tasty. Shrimp cocktail - no sauce. Seasoned; tasty; and not require the sauce. My solid go to lunch. Easy to manage and wonderful to experience. Food expeditors - Truly an added benefit. Conversations spot-on. Helpful. Making sure you receive and have what you require. Stop by and give everyone a try - you will want to come back.

   It was Mother's Day and very busy but ... Service was slow -- we got drinks after the appetizer had been delivered. Food was not up to the usual excellence. Coffee at the end of the meal was cold. We enjoyed ourselves, but it was in spite of the problems!

   Fantastic Mother’s Day brunch. We sat in the covered patio, which was ideal. The entrees were delicious, and the service from Stephanie was excellent. Will DEFINITELY return.

   While the food was good enjoyable, the pacing was terrible. It took a very long time for our appetizers to arrive and, when they did, our main courses arrived almost immediately. This has happened at this restaurant a few times. Server himself was fine but this aspect of our experience was disappointing.

   We come here often and we love the valley inn, but service was poor last night outside. Very slow.

    Had a lovely birthday celebration with my family at The Valley Inn. The hostess was warm and welcoming. She even gave my aunt a birthday card. Our waitress was very friendly and provided excellent service. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary dessert for the birthday girl. We will definitely be going back again!
