Valley Inn is reliable, a short ride, and closes later than competitors. Just the right place for our last-minute decision to eat out, pretty late on Saturday night. We arrived late for our reservation, but were seated without delay, no problem. The place was very busy (you could tell by the packed parking lot), but that wasn't felt where we were seated or in the attentive service we received. We shared the mussels appetizer (big mussels, never disappoints) and an order of sweet potato fries; one of us ordered the beef skewer plate and the other ordered a mixed greens salad with asparagus tips, strawberries and goat cheese. For once, we weren't in the mood for alcohol or deserts, but we weren't made to feel bad about that. We were very happy with our meal, even packed leftovers to finish at home the next day. Very reasonable total bill. Couldn't be happier.

The food was amazing! The Eastern Shore Cobb Salad is so clever and I've never seen anything like it. In a place like Maryland, it's hard to come up with another way to serve seafood that is unique and yet they managed to come up with something great!! The nachos didn't have a lot of chicken, but they had an amazing taste. The salsa and guacamole were great.

Everything was good but it took an extremely long time for our food due to the amount of large tables sat at relatively the same time due to graduations at nearby schools

Food great, service great, outside dining a pleasure. Only drawback was loud, live music which started about 30 minutes into our meal. Not even a good singer. Added nothing but noise to an otherwise great dinner with friends . Don’t understand why restaurants think loud music adds to the dining experience. Customers pay to eat and talk, not to listen to music.

Sat outside; was a little disappointed because it was still brunch but ended up enjoying ourselves so much that we stayed quite a while and I was actually able to get what I’d wanted all along which is the most delicious chicken nachos ever! Basically had brunch AND lunch there. Stumbled upon this place a couple years ago and have continued to go because the food and drinks are always amazing as well as the service and you can’t beat that combo! Great food/drinks and great service is quite rare these days in the food industry so I’ll definitely keep going back

The restaurant itself was uncomfortably hot ruining any possibility of a good experience. Now for the food, the meatballs were very good, and muscles flavorful, although I detected no saffron in the broth, which overall was bland. My seafood Cobb salad consisted of one shrimp, 2 fried oysters, and what amounted to maybe a tablespoon of what was maybe lump crab. Thank God for the gallon of corn, or I might have needed to order a pizza when I got home. When your charging what Atlas charges for their food, I expect more. I won't be back...
