   The food was nowhere near as good as it was one year ago I ordered my steak rare and it came medium I was too hungry to send it back my wife told the waitress twice she wanted her leftover salmon they threw it out though they did make up a new

   My only observation is the change in Hostesses attire, they were under dressed with tacky landyards around their necks like school teachers.... not appropriate for that environment. Service is good but not as professional since Chet left.

   My favorite place to dine! Celebrate here regularly for all occasions. Looking forward to coming back. Caesar salad is the best! Steak is amazing. Service is 5 star!

   Dinner for my parents 40th anniversary, they didn't have us in there system for a reservation. My advise is if you make your reservation thru open table, call and confirm

   WE have dined at the SH 5 or 6 times and have always been incredibly impressed, however this last visit was so very disappointing, this was one of our favourite restaurants and found it compared to any we have e ver dined at In Canada or the United States, including Vegas, this is the only restaurant my husband would go to for fine dining, this last visit changed that, The service was unbelievably slow, we were not informed about the special, my husband had almost finished his martini by the time I got my drink which was 1/2 after we were seated, the broccoli was cold, and by the time it was corrected I had finished my meal, we were presented with the bill and not asked if we would like coffee or dessert, we were conveniences that that was our last visit but on reflection agreed that everyone deserves a second chance THe wine steward is incredibly knowledgable and always so personable, she is a delight and a true professional. A wee bit of constructive criticism, the maitre d walks around like someone just died, more like a funeral director , I would suggest that a smile goes along way, while still still remaining professional. I felt guilty about leaving such a horrible tip but I do not believe in rewarding bad service, Thank you for taking the time to ask. the food remains a 5

   So enjoyed the evening the food and service was amazing, the chef is such an asset and Ryan and Jay were great. Only downfall is trying to pay bill which took 1/2 an hour for a simple transaction but we will definitely return 5 stars again food amazing thank you

   Excellent value, wonderful service and quiet atmosphere. Hard to believe a casino is outside. Will return again and again. Great experience.

   As always - spectacular food, good sized portions - while this is not affordable for most - this is a great place for that special occasion or business dinner. Call ahead to reserve for 4 or more and they will accommodate the best they can. Average plate cost - $60.00 - but well worth it.

   When we go to the Steak House we expect a certain nostalgic dining experience (American Steakhouse concept). Because the tableside entrees are always a big part of the experience, our waiter was a little pre occupied. As well there was two of us and they sat us right at the front of the kitchen. Chances are if there are only two people in the party in the type of ambience you portray, placing them in the center of the room goes against hospitality 101. It's not like there wasn't other tables available. Meals were great and we will still be back as it is the closest traditional steakhouse within our area and one of my favorites.

    My husband and I celebrated our one-year anniversary at the Silver Reef Steak House and while the overall experience was pretty good, I wanted to point out just a couple of minor things: I had told the hostess that it was our anniversary and she said they would provide a dessert (I wanted to surprise my husband with this), but we had to remind the waiter of it as he handed us the check. Which wasn't the worst thing, but I would have preferred if it remained a surprise. I ordered the 'Steak House Salad' which I interpreted as a house salad with steak on it (I know, I know I should have read details), but when it was served, there wasn't any steak on it. I found it a little misleading as the name of the restaurant is "The Steak House" and I think the salad should be named "The Steak House, House Salad." Like I said, I should have read details as a consumer, but just a minor thing that I am sure I am not the only one who noticed it.
