Great food and attention to details. All duck for two was amazing.
Delicious food. The scallion bread is addictive. Great service by our server, Erica. Drinks were excellent, including mocktails, which is remarkable.
We love the Source and have been a few times. The appetizers were all great if a bit spicy, except for the sushi which was not at all. The soup and dumplings were great but a bit too spicy! The disappointment was the flounder. Because of the spiciness of the appetizers, we asked for the chili sauce to be separate from the fish and the fish was bland and tasteless. The carrot cake was good.
We love the service. It is always excellent!
It was fine but nothing special.
OUTSTANDING IN ALL THE ASPECTS!!GREAT FOOD!! Our server was Amazing, friendly and not intrusive at all. Will definitely come back. We loved the Ambiance. Only one little thing that they have to fix, one of the faucets in the bathrooms, too close to the sink, you cannot wash your hands easily, but still 5 starts overall...
Stellar as always. One of our top favorite places in DC
The Tiger Prawn and Pork dumplings, along with the chicken wontons are incredible. The Duck is the best you can get in DC. Chicken and Salmon main courses are incredible. Get the Green Tea cake for dessert -- amazing!
We were thrilled with our dinner at The Source. The servers were knowledgeable and attentive but never intrusive, and the manager made us feel welcome.
The food was amazing and featured locally sourced ingredients and complex flavorings that were delicious and surprising in the best possible way. The tuna tartar appetizer is a favorite, and the side dish of shaved celery root eats like a savory noodle.
The chili oil founder was tender and perfectly executed.
I can’t say enough good things about the Pei Pa duck.
The Peking duck is outstanding!
Remarkable mix of foods would never expect to see together. Truly creative. Every course was outstanding.
Outstanding service, superb menu, and beautiful ambience. Truly fine dining. Potstickers are to die for!
Great food with great service. Had the the duck and it was fabulous.
Good for any occasion! Great food. Small menu though.
The food was delicious and the staff was outstanding. We will definitely be back
Always a great place - the team there is so nice and they do an amazing job!!!
Absolutely lovely take on dim sum. Totally worth it.
Food and service were fantastic!
Was a great dining experience. Excellent service and yummy food and drink! Everyone cleared their plates. Yum!
Family dining out while visiting DC. The bronzino was excellent. Would definitely go back again.
The food was tasty, presentation creative and value excellent, but my friend's birthday went unrecognized.
loved the duck special. spectacular!
We had a delicious seven course meal with wine paring. Everything was wonderful!
Christmas cheer with friends!
Great environment. Executive Chief Russell came over to the table and introduced himself.
Service was excellent. Food was okay. Location is less than desirable.
Beautifully seasoned food! Shrimp dumins were just perfect. The branzino was cooked to perfection and the sauce it came with was just the right amount of sweet and salty. My friend also had the beef noodle soup and said, he could eat it all day every day.
The service was great. My duck dish was good, but I wish the duck would have been warmer. It was kind of cold. Other than that, the rest of the party had a great time. We enjoyed the desserts!!!
For a dim sum experience I missed the steaming hot small plates. What’s going on tonight oh yeah but Marty
Landed here for happy hour before an evening tour of the DC Monuments and boy are we glad we did! The Source did not disappoint. We feasted on bites from the bar instead of our planned big meal and everything was delish. We had the crab and lobster spring rolls, vegetable dumplings, beef dumplings and fried rice and everything was so flavorful, perfectly prepared and beautifully presented.
We can't wait to come back for the full dining experience. (We peeked upstairs at the dining room and it is so elegant and inviting!)
Wonderful meal and a great location. Easy to find!
The tuna tartare taste a bit too fishy, and that's not the first time it's come out that way, so I would recommend avoiding that dish. As is usual with restaurants like this, it's gone downhill from when it first opened. It's decent food, but not always consistent and not quite worth the price that's charged. Downstairs lounge is kind of nice, but the upstairs is a bit staid and boring.
The duck for 2 was almost an emotional experience, it was so good.
Food was bland, portions were small and underwhelming. Staff was nice and interior is cool but would not return.
Food was great, our server Sean provided excellent service. We had a wonderful time.
We went to celebrate our anniversary and had a wonderful time! The food was out of this world, and they added a number of personal touches to acknowledge our special occasion. Our server was so helpful and friendly and the ambience is great. Would go there again anytime!
1:15 minutes until I receive my order and drink. Food was over priced. Not guided by the waiter that I needed to order sides separately. After my entree arrived, I was told rice was part of the meal, after another 15 min...
This was the best meal I've had through Open Table in the last few years. My friend and I had trouble choosing among all the selections on the menu. The two main courses we shared, pork chop and halibut, were delicious - and unusual combinations of flavors and colors.
Visiting and was looking for a nice meal out and intrigued to try a Wolfgang Puck restaurant that wasn’t in an airport. We were very excited to have Peking Duck again too. It did not disappoint, the Japanese steamed buns definitely beat the usual Chinese pancakes served with it. Stir fry course could have used more Bok choy. Enjoyed the atmosphere, but there wasn’t much about our experience that would encourage us to return, even if we lived in DC.
Umbiance is very nice. Hostess staff were very pleasant and super accommodating. The duck for two was amazing!! The food overall was ok but overpriced. Our waiter Sean provided excellent service!
