   Greated warmly and showed to a quiet table. Service was fine but food quality fell below our expectations. Too much highly salted sauce was added to our dishes.

   We made reservations and were immediately seated and received food quickly. Mushroom appetizer was very yummy. Food and service were both excellent.

   Freindly waitress and great service. Awesome shrimp and crab bisque and delicious pine bark stew. Everything so good went back in spite of dozens of other restaurant options.

   Great experience! Excellent service with delicious food. Shrimp and snow crab for me and fettuccine with chicken for my wife. Both were delicious! We will return.

   Food was phenomenal and portions were huge. We had the sweetest waitress who was awesome. Good location however interior is dated and tired but would definitely recommend and return.

   Don’t let the “Factory” in their name mislead you. The food was cooked perfectly! Shrimp & hush puppies were delicious. Often fries are an afterthought. These were crispy outside & fluffy inside. Karen’s service was excellent- attentive but not disruptive. Awesome!

   Our reservation was for 5:30, we arrived about 20 minutes early and was seated right away. Our server Liz was friendly and very helpful, informed us of the menu. Appetizers and drinks were brought quickly and our entree order was taken. Atmosphere was quiet with easy listening music which was nice compared to the loud music and people at the restaurant we were at last night. Our food was hot and delicious! Wife ordered a cherries jubilee which wasn’t exactly what we had thought but it was ok. Overall it was a great dinner and I enjoyed my 72 birthday dinner!

    Our appetizers and entrees arrived at the same time. Our server told us, after the fact, that the kitchen was running 20-30 minutes so she put both in at the same time. My "hot" shrimp appetizer was warm at best. My wife's peel and eat shrimp (her entree) had obviously been re-heated prior to serving.
