    My family came here while on vacation and had an incredible experience! We're a party of 11 and booked two separate reservations because of how large the party was, assuming sitting together wouldn't be an option. Not only did they notice the separate reservations but they called to confirm if we wanted to sit together and ensured our party was fully accommodated which meant so much to us. The servers were so friendly, attentive and helpful. The food was outstanding and everyone loved the appetizers and meals they got! The food was also very reasonably priced! I highly recommend The Shrimp Factory for your next night out!

    The food was actually very good. We had a crab cake sandwich, a chicken sandwich, shrimp roll, and shrimp cocktail. The service was just okay. Took quite some time to pur our order in and for it to arrive at the table. Appetizers were delivered about 2 minutes before the mea was brought to the table. Refills on drinks were brought when we finished our meals. At that point, why bother bringing drinks, we were leaving.

    Very loud. Food mediocre at best. Ordered crab stuffed flounder. Taste was ok but the crab had many shells! Came with rice that just wasn’t good. Asparagus had not been properly trimmed - still had large portions of woody ends. For the price I expected more.

    This was a great location for my sister's post graduation celebration meal. The drinks were great and the bartenders were very friendly while we waited for the rest of our party to arrive. I had the Perfect Peach which was such a hit that my cousin ordered one as well. We had a pretty good sampling of the menu across our party of 6. The crab & artichoke dip and crab stuffed mushrooms were our apps of choice and didn't disappoint. For meals, we had kids chicken tenders, hamburger & fries, shrimp and lobster linguini, shrimp fry platter, shrimp & crab bisque, and shrimp factory cobb salad w/chicken. Everyone was full and satisfied. Even walked along River Street when we were done to take in the sites an shop at the local shops. Will definitely come back if we visit Savannah again. The only negative was parking situation. Though there was a lot directly across the street, there aren't alot of spaces. There are other lots on the street but parking is limited across the board. I highly suggest getting there early so you're not scrambling to find parking.

    Fabulous experience! Special orders were accommodated without issue. I took my parents out and they are senior citizens. I let the staff know ahead of time and they accommodated us with an easy to access booth. Our server Kayla was top notch! She anticipated our needs which is very rare in servers these days. Everyone's orders were accurate and everything was delicious. We will definitely return!
