The food is very good, the service impeccable. We had salads which were fresh and made up with a tasty dressing. The calamari are as tender as they can get. I do like a good hand cut steak tartare, which I got, it was very good. Worth a visit.

I had heard good things about this restaurant. But nothing prepared me for how amazing the food was. The service was exceptional. And most surprising to me was at the end of the night the bill was very reasonable. This is one of the most professionally run restaurants I’ve seen. And I’ve travelled all over the world.

We had an assortment of seafood dishes that were absolutely beautiful. The sides were really tasty as well. And a large glass of wine is a very big pour here compared to other restaurants.

Especially liked the tuna and the grilled asparagus with mashed potatoes. I will be back and looking forward to trying the lobster Cobb salad which also got rave reviews from others in my party.

Dining seat was dirty.

"Artisanal" bread was stale. It was exactly like the rosemary focaccia bread from President's Choice, except this one tasted like it had been baked 1 week ago and just reheated in a microwave.

Crab cake was the size of a melon ball tangerine and cost $21.

Creme Brule was disgraceful. Like their "Artisinal" bread, it tasted like it was old and just reheated. The thick stale sugar at the top was over burnt and the cream tasted toxic.

The one saving grace was their Foggy Nights cocktail, it tasted pretty good. Otherwise, for the exorbitant price, this was a disappointing dining experience.

First time visit- The food here is exquisite…main dishes are large portions. Consider this when deciding on the amazing appetizers and side dishes.
The service left us rather perturbed however…. We had a brand new server in training accompanied by a senior waiter. She was so kind and professional. Part of
Learning is being coached! We felt like she was left to the wolves. Suddenly she vanished…..When we inquired we were brushed off and told “oh she will do very well and that she was off writing a test” what does that even mean? Why wouldn’t she finish with her guests??! We sensed sarcasm and some arrogance.
Anyway, the food was incredible.

Excellent food and presentation. I had oysters, a New York striploin and a lobster tail. My date had the steak tartar and the lamb. All of these dishes were absolutely delicious!
Excellent service. Monty was kind, extremely knowledgeable of various wines and was able to fit us into a perfect pairing with our meals. The Shore Club discovered it was my a celebration of my date's birthday and generously offered a champagne for each of us, and writing "Happy birthday" in chocolate on our dessert plate was a nice touch.

I am extremely happy with choosing to dine at The Shore Club, and will now be our go-to destination whenever we are back in Toronto.

Possibly one of Toronto's best kept secrets! Everything was exceptional. Loved that there was no loud music playing. Thank you! Just the sounds of people enjoying themselves. We will be back for sure.

My wife and I dropped in for an early, light dinner. Seafood tower (single) is an excellent value as an appetizer for two. I can see how a double order could be deemed a full meal. An order of bread (delicious) to compliment is recommended as the tower doesn’t come with anything to help manage the salmon and ceviche portions. The Brussels Bowl is more than enough for two to share and is an excellent vegetarian/vegan option, coming from a carnivore such as myself. I wish our server were a bit more on her mark, as she clearly forgot to put this part of the order in, even though we explicitly said we wanted everything to arrive all at once. Drink orders took longer than expected as well. A couple old fashioned’s and an Aperol Spritzer were tasty, but nothing out of the ordinary. I would pop back in again to what my wife and I are calling “Seafood-focused Keg.”

We sat in the lounge are for the low tide happy hour. Great cocktails, oysters and shrimp! Nice ambiance and great for pre-game snacks and drinks. Always a good time.

Great service and food! The calamari and coconut cream pie are a must try.

Only complaint is the chair to table height ratio is quite uncomfortable (table is too high for the chair) so it isn’t the most comfortable ergonomically.

Ally was such an amazing server! Upon arrival to our table, she was very kind and welcoming. She was very knowledgeable with the menu and made such an amazing recommendations. Had such a wonderful early start to my birthday!

I just came across this restaurant as I was looking for one that was close to my hotel. It turned out to be very good and I was happy to see that they even gave us champagne to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. The food and service were excellent and our waiter gave us a few very good tips on what we should order. Wonderful experience overall.

We celebrated our daughter's birthday with a visit to Beyond Monet and capped it off with a delightful meal at The Shore Club. All were happy with our experience. Interesting menu and food well prepared and presented.

The Shore, one of our favs. Typically we go on our anniversary. Service is excellent. Drinks are excellent. However this time our steak was very over done. We are medium rare eaters but this was more medium well. We have never had a bad meal here but this did turn us off. But, we’ll be back again next year.

Restaurant looks nice from the outside dining room dated menu items overpriced for what your getting server was also bartender so service was slow. Food and drink still good just not really worth it
