Strange “screaming” music playing & incorrect order delivered. Not what happens, but how you handle it…they made it right. Acoustics very loud & I normally am not bothered by that. Too many other great places to eat in town, won’t be back.
Steak and fish both over cooked
Fantastic food, service, and atmosphere! Our steaks were cooked perfectly and everything was on point!
Our server was average. Was not apologetic after serving a dish 10 minutes after the rest of us. Food was mediocre for the price. Ambiance was dull. Would not return.
It took 20 minutes for us to be greeted, they were out of oysters, which is why we went there, and then our waitress rushed us to leave. However, the food was good and I would return for the food.
Service was excellent. Food was good, but a premium price. There are far better steaks at a lower price. Appetizers were fine but nothing exceptional. Wine list was fairly limited for a steakhouse, and very few options for by the glass. There were several very loud groups while we were there that made conversation nearly a yell since the restaurant is not large at all. For the atmosphere I wouldn’t return; there are several other spots in town where food and service are just as good/better but have a dining room that’s more fitting an upscale restaurant.
Great food. Solid service. Overall we enjoyed our dinner experience.
Restaurant staff were kind and accommodating when we mistook our reservation time and showed up 30 minutes late. Waiter was outstanding. Highly recommend!
Great service and ambiance. The food was subpar and there was 5 of us. Very expensive for the quality. The drinks were good.
The prime rib was very poorly cooked. Especially for how pricey their plates are. The dining room was very loud. For a high priced steakhouse we were expecting a more intimate ambiance. It was so loud I could hardly hear my husband across the table. We would not return here.
We split an entree and the charged each of a plate split fee in addition to the price of the meal. The menu mentioned a split fee, but it did not mention per person, which is ridiculous especially when we were serving as a training table for a new wait person.
Service was a little subpar
The steak tartar was very good however after the food went down hill very fast. The buttered noddles had no salt and were severely over peppered and the Mac and cheese was meh. The Brussel sprouts were undercooked and the steak was meh. The French fries were very Salty and soggy with grease. Also there was a strange smell like this place maybe used to be a cigar lounge the taste of scotch is the only way I could describe it. Also our high chair has food on it we had to clean off.
Wonderful! Very warm inviting atmosphere and excellent food. The Filet and NY Strip were cooked to absolute perfection. The true standout was the service and professional staff! Our waiter, Leland, was incredibly polite, attentive, and very knowledgeable on not just the menu but what the chef could do as well. I could not possibly overstate what a perfect dining experience this was. If i could give 10 stars, I would!

Great food! First portion of prime rib a loiter overcooked, and it was happily replaced with a perfect slice!
The customer service was outstanding and so was the food. The steaks were cooked to perfection and the Mac and cheese was heavenly!
Fantastic dinner with amazing appetizers and steaks‼️‼️
Steaks were really good. Not a fan steak on top of mashed potatoes where they turn into road kill under steak. But would definitely go again
Ashley our service was awesome. The wine selection was varied with something for everyone and every price. The Caesar and Wedge salads were also very good. The Fillet was really good but the NY Strip was a bit fattier then I expected. Overall, a very good experience and we will be going back.

We wanted steak, and we found it. All had filet mignon, which was perfectly prepared and delicious. We started with the tomato mozzarella salad, an interpretation of marinated, larges cubes of meaty tomato and cheese. The sufficient wine list has choices for several grapes. Our server as professional and attentive. We would eat here again if I’m town.
This was our second time here. I love what a nice supper club feel this place has. The service was so great—we had a group of 7, each person had a special request and the waiter got it all right and was so hospitable! Manager/owner was welcoming too.
Great food and the price is right for what and where it is. Totally recommend the BBQ ribs and smoked meatloaf! Excellent cocktails and diverse wine list.
Food was really good, filet was excellent. Wait staff were very friendly, but they needed more help. We have been to Salt Creek before, I’ll go back for the food. Hopefully they can find other staff to help out.
Dry potato, tasteless veggie dish, great service
An amazing steakhouse! Steaks were tender and cooked to perfection. Our little grandson ordered the kids steak, and his filet was almost as big as everyone else”s
The waitress was great and took very good care of us!
Will definitely come back again!
Friendly atmosphere and the best steaks in Breckenridge. Vegetables were cooked perfectly and the service was excellent. We’ve eaten at several of the high end steak places and our favorite is Salt Creek.
Expensive but worth it.
It's a nice place and food is very good. Thanks for a good dinner!
End of the season so you understandable that they were out of a few menu items. We got bone in strips. Clearly they were purchased from a grocery store. Nowhere near a $50 cut.
Fantastic Prime Rib! Service was amazing for a table of ten. Nice place. We would definitely go back!
Food and ambiance were good. Server was nice to me and others but was so rude to some of my friends they left and ate next door.
One of the best steak dinners I’ve had. Great taste and cooked to perfection. 5 stars.
Salt Creek Steakhouse was delicious, with good options for appetizers and meals, which you could also share with full sides as well. The filet was amazing and cooked perfectly. I will definitely be coming back again the next time I’m in town!
This was the only place we could get a reservation on such short notice and now we know why. Both of our steaks were too done, dry and chewy. The trout was good but I had better last night at South Ridge Seafood for $12 less. The child’s burger was very salty. Our waiter was very nice but forgot to bring more bread and forgot to bring the salad we ordered. We were excited to try this place because of their small menu which usually means each selection will be outstanding because they are specialties, not the case here. Try a different steak house, NOT The Salt Creek Steakhouse.
The good is over the top good!
First time to Breckinridge.
Incredible service and food in a comfortable atmosphere
Our steak was fantastic! We will definitely visit again when back in Breckenridge!
Great staff and the food was really good. We all had steaks and burgers and they were all prepared perfectly. The smoke trout dip appetizer was fantastic.
