   The staff were really awesome and attentive and the food met our expectations . Would have loved a more imaginative dessert menu but that's just preference

   I would generally consider the Rum Kitchen "tucked away " in Nottinghill, so somewhat away from Portobello Road. All cocktails were delicious! The food was decent and we ordered across the full menu: - Crispy squid - Jerk wings - Sweet potato fries - Chilli mac and cheese - Mutton curry - Fried chicken The standout being the mutton curry which was delicious. The other items being average. All in all, spent about £140 for the above and 5 cocktails - so just pushing the boundaries of being reasonable.

   Food and atmosphere was great along with the attitude of the staff, however the only downfall was that it took us a while to get the waiters attention, which happened on 3/4 occasions. However it's great value for money, amazing authentic food and even though happy hour had finished a couple minutes after we arrived the staff kindly gave us a round at happy hour prices.

   Went as a group of 4 and we were all fond of the food, excellent flavours with a ting. Happy hour was Okay, bit if a scam as there is only a choice of 4/5 cocktails. Service was poor, kept getting hassled that our table was to be given to the next reservation, even an hour in advance. This took the shine off everything. Would recommend, good food with a twist, nice decor .. a cool retro place to try, would go back but wouldn't be desperate to.

   went here the other afternoon for the first time. was really impressed with the service and advice that she gave. cocktails were amazing from the happy hour. also music was on point. nice rnb chilled.

   We really enjoyed our food at the Run Kitchen it was extremely tasty - we pre ordered and the starters took 30 minutes to come - we were also left at the table and we had to ask twice for service for drinks etc. and how long our food would be. They check on us once our mains had arrived but we were already disappointed with the service. We were also told prior to the booking if we wanted to got to the club downstairs we would 1. have to become a member (which we organised) 2. be in their by 10pm (we were not as the food took so long to arrive) 3. have a table in the club where it is bottle service only. We did this and it was £100 plus for a bottle of Rum - the table service was awful, left to make our own drinks and no service after they arrived. There were clearly other people in the club sat at tables that had not ordered £100 bottle and you could go and order drinks at the bar - which we were not told. The club was not busy and even though we had every intention of stay in the restaurant and going to the club after we were made to become members and pay for a table. Very disappointing experience.
