The woody, Old English atmosphere, and high ceiling invite guests to sit back and stay awhile. The softly lit and equally comfortable Rib Room bar offers the ideal setting for sophisticated beverages and extensive wine cellar selections. Diners requiring privacy may choose from the Pipkin, Wine Cellar, or Roundtable rooms, perfect for small gatherings; each discreetly removed from the main dining floor. On the upper level of the Rib Room, we feature a private room for groups of up to 40 guests. We were eating late, last seating, but the staff was on point. We got a great table at a window and exactly what we wanted from the kitchen (mashed potatoes needed some love). Our server was friendly, interesting and professional, welcoming us to his city and suggesting places for us to visit. He also made perfect wine and beer suggestions and let us know when the kitchen was closing so we could put in any dessert or coffee requests. The manager also stopped by our table to see how we were doing. The jazz band in the lounge was fantastic!

Five stars plus. One expects the best at a restaurant like the Rib Room and they delivered! The most outstanding part of our experience there was the absolutely outstanding service of our waiter…along with everyone else there.

So they were just as good as they were 20 years ago when I ate here as a kid. Took my mom here and she remembered she had Bernaise sauce on her steak. She told the sever who who the chef, and the chef made bernaise for her lol. Go them, and the manager gave my mom a rose for mothers day. 10/10

The food & service was excellent , they greeted me with my first name & the manager introduced himself & came to our table talked a bit & when we left came up to us to see us to ask us about our meal. Just a Wonderful experience that made you feel special!
