   The service was exceptional! Our server was friendly and knowledgeable about both the food and spirits menus; she even wrote out for us the ingredients in that night's specialty cocktail ("Smoking Jacket"). The steaks were excellent; perfectly cooked and flavorful. The lobster bisque was good, but not great, as was the mushroom side dish; we'll probably make different appetizer and side dish choices next time. The peanut butter and chocolate mousse desert was a fitting end to the meal.

   Would have preferred not having a television on in our dining area. It took away from the otherwise lovely ambience.

   My wife and I come here every few months for date nights and anniversaries. The food is always delicious and they have alot of choices on drinks. They run specials regularly that saves you a few $$. Service is always top notch.

   We celebrated our Anniversary at the Republic again this year. We were greeted with a "Happy Anniversary" by several hostesses. Everything was great as usual. I tried the filet mignon, and it was wonderful. We enjoyed the spinach and Brussel sprouts too; they were both fantastic. The chocolate torte was also wonderful. The service was attentive and friendly. We were not rushed along and enjoyed a pleasant evening at the Republic!

   Outstanding Experience here.. food, service, facility, parking … I ordered the wedge salad and the redfish entree, it was excellent

    Such an amazing experience. Tyrone was an amazing server and all waiters and waitresses were friendly and kind. The environment was peaceful with perfectly volumed music, dimmed candle light, and beautiful decorations all around. Would highly recommend coming if you are looking for a luxury dining experience.
