   I had the fettuccini dish with sausage. One of the BEST dishes I have had in a very long time. My adult son had the hanger steak and ate everything on his plate with a smile. Highly recommend!

   Divine food from Start to Finish. Chicken Liver Pate, Rabbit Empanada, Gnocchi Salad, Duck Meat Loaf was fantastic. The palate cleanser…clever twist of Ants on a Log was INCREDIBLE. The Matcha Olive cake with Goat Cheese Ice Cream was by far the BEST dessert I have ever had. Plan to return to The Pullman each time we are in Glenwood Springs

   Very happy with 2 dinners here during our vacation. Staff was especially attentive to food allergies in our group, providing ingredient information and substitutions to keep everyone safe.

   The food was decent, and we got to sit outside to enjoy the evening. It did start to rain shortly after we were seated, and we just had to wait it out.

   Quickly becoming our favorite place to eat in GS. The variety and quality of food here is off the charts. We revisited the salmon tartare and it's still amazing. Highly recommend the deviled eggs, marrow bone, and scallops. I had a pork belly special that was a home run. Our server Kim was wonderful and had great rec's' for wine and food. A professional.

   Air conditioner was very welcomed on that hot day. We showed 45 minutes early and the very nice hostess asked politely if we could wait. We sat at the bar, had drinks and an delicious appetizer (tuna tartar). When our table was ready, they transferred our tab to the restaurant. Martha, our waitress, was very efficient and friendly. Food was great: we had a steak salad, a grilled chicken salad and a delicious rhubarb, cheesy grits [I will try to make at home, it was yummy]. Overall, a very good experience.

   I dine here because they make the best pierogies I have ever tasted. It is still true. Chad provided excellent service to make the evening unforgetable.

   We were visiting from out of town and our hotel concierge recommended the Pullman restaurant. His recommendation was spot on. We had the most gracious weight staff, and every food item was excellent. I especially enjoyed the macaroni and cheese side order. And our dessert was homemade blueberry sorbet with mint. Outstanding. Even the drinks, many of which were local to the area were excellent. I can’t say enough accolades about this restaurant.

    We had a wonderful experience. Our waitress was outstanding and everyone there took excellent care of us. The food was of course delicious and I can’t wait to go back!
