    The Pullman is always a treat! We ordered a special appetizer and entree, and both were delicious! The butterscotch budino was amazing as usual!

    The food at the Pullman is always mindblowing. Always unique and fresh and local, to the extent possible. We had the best waiter I’ve had in years - Brett. Ask to sit in his section if you can. He’s authentic and kind and an awesome waiter.

    A perfect birthday dinner! Everything was outstanding! The drinks, appetizer, salad, main course & desserts. All creative, expertly crafted and delicious! The service was attentive yet relaxed, and the atmosphere was calm, yet fun. Definitely worth a visit.

    I typically don't review restaurants poorly based on one visit; but the last 2 experiences at this restaurant were lackluster, and 7 months apart. I want this to be a great place, I love the ideas on the menu. Has the captive audience of tourists made them try less hard? The experience in Dec 2023 was reminiscent of a quick casual chain, with staff that couldn't be bothered. This last visit, the greetings from staff were late or not at all. Host didn't know specials, server didn't give any suggestions. My "steak" salad was topped with a pile of soggy French fries, the lardons were delicious tho. Had to hunt for the blue cheese in the overdressed greens. I appreciated the non-alcoholic beverage options, but was sad that I had to serve myself... if it were alcoholic, I'm sure the server would have poured it tableside for me. My water glass didn't get refilled until I was done with my meal. I don't mind paying service fees for kitchens staff if the food is good, but it would be nice to know going in. I'm sure it was in fine print on the menu, but I didn't catch it before I ordered. Maybe too many years in foodservice have made my expectations too high, but I was disappointed.

    Pate was good, it too much berry and onion relish.. messy. Pierogies were nicely cooked but the sauce overwhelmed the dish. Gnocchi salad a complete bust. Staff was great

    We went here on a recommendation of a friend and were not disappointed. The appetizer of pork chicharrones were out of this world! They were huge! My husband had the special of braised rabbit with sage gnocchi and almost licked his plate. I had the 12 hour roasted pork shoulder with Olathe corn grits and Pallisades peach chutney which was absolutely amazing too! The atmosphere is very family oriented, a casual fun spot yet the food is very sophisticated in taste and presentation. It’s definitely worth the experience!
