   Food was excellent as always. Service however was slow. Don't know if it's reduced staff but we waited awhile for our food. Went for special birthday dinner which they were aware of but failed to recognize. Charged for a side that never arrived. Not the experience I have enjoyed over the years

   Not what it used to be, but presentable. Certainly has lost a lot of its ambiance and its presentation was fair.

   Excellent service. Lovely atmosphere. Extremely expensive. I don’t know that I’d revisit.

   I have always enjoyed a steak when going to the Prime Rib. However, this time I tried the imperial crab on the recommendation of a friend who was with us. It was outstanding. He always enjoys seafood there.

   The food wasn't as good as it used to be. It wasn't as seasoned and the lobster wasn't fresh.

   My husband and I have been patrons of The Prime Rib for 45 years! Never a disappointment! It is simply the best!!

   It's always a treat to dine at the Prime Rib. For a special occasion or just a fun time, the restaurant always delivers the best food, service and experience in Baltimore.

    Prime rib is their specialty. Both of our cuts of meat were awful. The waiter got us new cuts that were not much better. The knives they provided were totally unsharp and therefore we could not cut through the rarer portions of the meat and could not cut off the fat portion. Very pricey restaurant with inferior food. A totally disappointing experience. In addition, Open Table only offered us a 5:00 reservation for the Thursday night. When we left 2 hours later, the Prime Rib was never more than half-full. Why only one time offered? We had a similar experience with Open Table with Gertrudes the day before, when O.T. only offered us a 1:30 lunch reservation. We just showed up at our preferred time of 12:00 and the place was empty... literally 50 tables available. Why is Open Table only offering garbage times? We will never use Open Table again, but just call the restaurant directly.
