Descripción
The Plumed Horse presenta un aspecto sofisticado gracias a su interior moderno y elegante con una cava de tres pisos cubierta de cristal en la que almacena 1.800 variedades y más de 20.000 botellas. Enjoy Chef Armellino’s quintessentially California cuisine multi-course tasting menu. The Plumed Horse has been awarded a coveted Michelin Star consecutively each year since 2009. The tasting menu will delight your senses with a specially curated, elegantly balanced menu bound to leave a lasting impression. It is the best of what we offer. This is an 8-course experience priced at $225 per guest. Caviar service and Japanese Wagyu beef, when available, are available for a supplement AQ. In lieu of a tip or gratuity, a 23% service charge will be applied to all purchases.

Spend the evening with us at the most-coveted table in the restaurant, our Chef's table. Overlooking the kitchen, you will be in the heart of the action for the night, separated only by a pane of glass between you and the culinary team. Experience the best of what we offer, featuring Chef Peter's Michelin-Starred luxury menu paired with our reserve wine pairing. This experience is offered for groups of 4-8 guests based on availability, is only offered to one table nightly, and is priced at $625 per guest exclusive of tax and service. A $250 per person deposit will be taken when booking that will be applied to your final bill. Cancellations will not be refunded for any reason. Rather than a tip or gratuity, a $250 room fee and 22% service charge will be added at the conclusion of the night.

To put it simply we would go again. It was fabulous the service amazing. We came in thinking we would only do à la cart, but we went ahead and got the prefix four course meal and thought it was great highly recommend.

Absolutely unmatched service! My wife and I were celebrating our 5th wedding anniversary this evening, we had never had such amazing service and attention to detail. We had the first reservation of the night and were treated by no less than 8 works all dressed immaculately- very professional and friendly, we instantly were put at ease. The food speaks for itself, every dish was served and explained to perfection. We will be back when we can afford it haha!

Wonderful all around. Great atmosphere and ambiance. The food was exceptional and the wine pairings were fantastic. The people are a blast, soft spoken, fun, and best of all funny. Talking with the staff was as amazing as the food and wine. 10/10 will dine again and again.

We have been to Plumed Horse multiple times, this was the most disappointing. There was a bit of bait and switch. On Open Table they advertised a four course menu that allowed you to choose your food. They told us it would not be available till next week so we we stuck with their current tasting menu. Most of the courses were disappointing except for the chilled asparagus soup, Wagyu beef and bread. The meal that they served was definitely not worthy of a Michelin start restaurant. Not sure we will go back again :(
