The Pink Door is an independently owned (never cloned, never genetically modified) restaurant that has been quietly dedicated to fresh & local Italian food since 1981. Its seafood & produce driven menu has been the central theme throughout its wildly popular domain in Seattle's Pike Place Market.

From the OpenTable editors: A Seattle favorite since 1981, this Pike Place Market restaurant is where owner Jackie Roberts wholly embraces her Italian American heritage.     Food was delicious. They were super accommodating with adjusting serving sizes and adding sauces on the sides for things. We were lucky enough to get a patio seat too. Weather was perfect and it was a lovely view.

    We didn’t know what to expect but we were told that we must dine at The Pink Door. And boy weee they right. The food was excellent. I had 2 starters and my husband had asparagus and ciopinno. Everything was cooked to perfection and in my case, marinated to perfection. Service was outstanding and our waiter Nate helped make our experience memorable. Worth having a 5:30 dinner reservation when we normally dine at 7.

    Wonderfully kind staff and unbeatable ambience, the food is high quality and well worth what you pay for. I ordered the risotto with some oysters to start and they were both fantastic. Cocktails at nice places like this are always $15 no matter where you go, but these cocktails are well worth it and dinner can be enjoyed with only one. Will definitely come again, highly recommend for a birthday or special occasion.

    My husband and I were fortunate to get a reservation!! This is a must do in Seattle!! it’s a perfect combination of a speakeasy and an excellent Italian restaurant! The food was fantastic the service was great live music every night Book well in advance to make sure you get a spot !

    Food was delicious and pasta was very filling, definitely worth the price. Got sat at a great table with an awesome view. Our server was good. The people greeting guests at the front, however, were NOT friendly at all and gave a horrible first impression for the restaurant.

    We’ve been going to the pink door every year for our anniversary for the last 27 years. In that time it has changed and they added a whole second section to the restaurant, but the food is still exceptional, and the view was outstanding.

    Very good Italian food. Oysters, Fritto Misto, Proscuitto, Papardelle, ... all excellent. Nice wine selection. Top notch service from Stephano P. Overall was excellent and I highly recommend.
