your favourite people. This is what The Parlour is all about.

We went before the Oilers game. Glad we made a reservation! Our guest ordered the cauliflower appetizer and found the happy hour portion to be smaller than other visits and was a bit disappointed. Overall, the food was delicious and the service was awesome.
My request for high table seating and a view of the TV's was not met. They made 4 attempts to seat me in the requested area but the open tables kept being given to other customers.
The service was slow and it wasn’t even busy. Our server seemed disinterested. Our meatball appetizers were barely room temperature let alone warm. My lettuce was wilty and my husband received a pizza he didn’t order. We typically find the service here reasonably good and the food is usually okay to acceptable. This time it was terrible. It’s too bad because we enjoy going before Oiler games.
Excellent from top to bottom. Thanks!
Walk inside and it is quite welcoming, we sat on the main level. Our waitress was absolutely outstanding ! Charming and insightful about the food choices and she was from Manitoba to boot. My calamari was a little to oily and salty for my pallet. I then had the recommended ravioli....OMG it was amazing!
Great food and great atmosphere.
Interesting restaurant ambiance, good location. We had a group of 8 and the service was very good but several people were just okay with their food, though a couple were very happy with theirs.
No lasagna, felt rushed out of our table. Server was dressed in a wrinkled shirt that looked like he slept in, hostess was very condescending when she seated us we were on time but the door was so busy it took nearly 15 for her to get to us after laughing with the other hostesses!
Our pizza was cold. Both of them.
Server was great
Wonderful service on a busy Friday before a concert. The happy hour food and drinks until 6 pm were fantastic value and delicious.
Had a group of eight in our reservation and we were seated in a side room. The noise level was better than the main dining area.
We just had appetizers for dinner. The cauliflower was my favorite followed by the meatballs. The Minestrone soup was disappointing. It had a Campbell's Soup taste to it.
Service was attentive and friendly.
This is a fantastic restaurant and bar. The staff and management truly are personable and genuinely seem to care. Great place and highly recommend. We seem to be going there every two weeks.
Service was top notch, food was tasty but, there usually is always a but. I had spaghetti and meatballs which were good but not over the top. My wife was disappointed with with the fettuccine and clams. Too little clams even at the happy hour price. Also entrees came faster than the wine. They could brush up on serving the wine earlier or with the meal. I like to enjoy my wine with meal not after. Otherwise it is an excellent restaurant and we will be back. Much noisier at dinner than lunch which surprised us. Didn't expect the DJ to be playing at 5:15, a little too loud.
Elton John Concert
Food was excellent as was the service, I will recommend to all my friends. Great location especially when attending events at Rogers Place.
All of the staff were very friendly and we had a fantastic first experience.
Great meal at a great restaurant. Beautiful evening on the patio. Our server was Cameron and he was fantastic. Thanks for a great night.
The Staff were awesome and the food was excellent. We’ll be back for sure.
Manager Chris was very personable and made us feel like we were special. Really great atmosphere and food was great as well
As always enjoyed delicious food and drinks before the game. Cameron always does a great job taking care of everyone and making it an awesome experience.
Booked a table for 12 for my daughters birthday at least a month in advance. We were happy to find out we had the private room. However, the server was by himself upstairs doing other tables and us. We were waiting a long time for drinks, etc. It wasn’t until we complained to the manager that our server received any help! We ended up loving our server and my daughter was very happy! Food was delicious and we will be back again!
Had a great time with the family once again at The Parlour. Great food, drink and service all the time.
They provide excellent service however what you're going for is the food and its absolutely delicious! Nothing you order will be disappointing.
Always a great meal. Food is fantastic. Service was perfect. DJ even played some iron maiden for us for the concert!!! Cheers
Enjoyed the family feast. Great service and great food.
We met the general manager, Chris Leno who passed by and checked on us and was a very nice person. I told him I did have an unfortunate experience once with the pizza I ordered but never said anything because I have never had a meal I didn't enjoy but the pizza. I told him I had told my husband order anything but the pizza. He offered me a free pizza next time we came. Wow that's really great customer service but it always is not just that night😊
Such a great place to go Wednesday nights. BYOB with no corkage free and 1/2 charcuterie boards.
It was so loud that you basically had to yell to people sitting at your table. The food was mediocre and not at all how I remembered it from our visit when it first opened. It was a very disappointing dinner.
Overall, it's a wonderful place for a meal with a wonderful ambience. However, with the space comes the problem of sound carrying quite easily, leading to the din of other conversations adding to a cafeteria-esque atmosphere slightly. As well, I think the menu could be valued a little better, as the prices were a little high for the quality of food.
That being said, I really am splitting hairs. It was a wonderful time, service was great, and the food was lovely. I will definitely be back again.
The waitress was amazing! The food was superb! The manager stopped by our table to introduce himself & chat a bit while we waited for our meal. Love this place!!!
We had a post Taste of Edmonton board review of how our Festival went this year. We managed to secure the room this time and it was great. Service was v good and very attentive to our needs all the time. To those who want a venue to meet with staff or clients be serviced well and private The Parlour is the place. Upper private space for 12 we love it and our Taste board are now fans
The food was phenomenal very much reminiscent of when I was in Italy, the waitress Britney was great very attentive very good suggestions and right there absolutely wonderful person, I have no hesitation of not only returning to that restaurant which is an hour and 20 drive for me but would not hesitate recommending it to my friends ...
This may be my misconception but I thought I was going to a restaurant but it felt a bit like they had roped off an area as a “restaurant” in the middle of a bar. The servers weren’t necessarily bad but were a bit lacking in the finer points of service (reaching across the table unnecessarily to place a plate down when they could have come around the table, no memory of who ordered what, forgetting to ask if we wanted a refill). There was a sense that we were inconveniencing them all by being there and having the audacity to not be young and cool. They all seemed rather unenthusiastic about their jobs. Not that I want fake cheer but maybe not a tired resignation from a 22 year old. The food was mediocre. Calamari was completely flavourless and greasy. The lasagna was ok but way too much bottled sauce. The ravioli was good but nothing spectacular. The use of the short rib meat in everything appeals to me because I like short ribs but it seems a bit over used. All in all it’s a bit over priced for a very blah place to eat.
On a side note, they really need to replace some of the worn out furniture. Split vinyl on the seats looks rather unsanitary.
The service was great and the food delicious. It was our anniversary and they brought us a prosecco with a strawberry to celebrate. That was super.
Service was good, tried a pizza with thin slices of potato as a topping and surprisingly very good. The star of the meal was the appetizer of tempura battered cauliflower- yum!
Great to get out to The Parlour any time. Never disappointed.
The service at The Parlour is incredible! You are well taken care of from the moment you walk in the door. Everyone we encountered was friendly and warm. The food is tasty and there is a great selection of wine offerings. Our new favourite spot in downtown YEG.
We had a lovely lunch on the patio. It is a great spot for a sunny day.
