The only thing I found strange was my fillet steak Diane came with fries and nothing else no tomato coleslaw salad nothing noon rings etc

Good food. Atmosphere was quite busy on this Sunday evening. Noise level was high, but got better later on, as most people had finished before us and left.

The decor and set up of the place was great. The service was efficient and fairly speedy given that it was busy. When the food arrived it proved to taste as good as it looked. Overall, it really was a great experience. My one negative comment was that I had to ask to change tables due to a very unruly group of small children whose parents had no idea (or intention!) of keeping them quiet or under control. I am a family man and understand the need to be child friendly but these children were awful and spoiled the meal of the people around them which, by that time, was thankfully not me! Whilst one can never legislate for poor parents and unruly children, maybe it might be better to designate one of the dining areas as 'child free' or alternatively one as 'child friendly' This issue did NOT spoil our experience of what was an excellent meal and service. Thank You

Great food , service was a bit slow .. possibly as there seemed to be a function / party in the other room . Only saw one waitress . We ordered own food and desserts from bar . Will return again .

One meal was poor, veg was rock hard. Pie was stuck to the plate over cooked Underneath. 2nd meal salt & pepper burger was very bland. No salt & pepper seasoning at all. Big let down. A newbie server was on, so had to be patient. Which was acceptable. Over all for the cost we was very disappointed .

We went on Saturday night. The service was shocking we ordered a drink and the server brought it. It was 20 minutes before she took our food order. The starters were ok but the mains came and my husband ordered well done steak. It was raw. Nobody came back to check so he couldn’t send back to get it cooked more. We complained after 30 minutes when finally came to remove our plates. They did refund us for the wasted food but this does not make up for our spoiled evening. We won’t be returning this used to be a lovely place to visit it’s such a shame.
