   Lovely food and good service. It was busy but serving staff were helpful on both ordering and delivery of food

   We waited more than 20 minutes before anyone took our order of any kind, and then after receiving the appetizers (which were very good) we waited almost 45 minutes for our main courses to arrive. The waitress never gave us any updates until we asked,and was in no way accommodating or apologetic about the wait, or the fact that the item we wanted to order was not available. Food was fine, but the overall experience was extremely unsatisfactory.

   We didn’t see the ‘check in’ screen just inside the door so went to one of the serving counters and the staff ignored us. When we returned to the door, a member of staff who was dealing with another customer, tapped on the screen, said the ‘f’ word under his breath then marched off again. We got taken to our table and were warned there would be a 40 min delay on food. When we placed drinks orders the lady seemed to get really confused over just four drinks. We ordered sourdough bread to eat while we waited for mains. The butter was frozen. We had to enquire where our food was after waiting an hour and miraculously it came straight out. I ordered fish and chips and the chips were brown and not very special. Nobody came round to check if the food was ok. When we finished eating nobody came to clear the plates…despite multiple staff strolling past, stopping, looking at our empty plates and walking off. None of the staff smiled or made you feel welcome. There seemed to be lots of staff milling about but no organisation. I had booked the table for a meet up with old friends I don’t see often and was very disappointed.

   Really nice helpful & friendly staff but food wasn’t good. Ordered steaks to come 1 x medium & 1 x med/rare. Both came rare, both steaks very chewy & not very tender. Sorry but won’t go there again.

   First was just for drinks as our family walked through Notting Hill, second time was just for the BEST Passion fruit martini I have ever had - and I’ve a few…!!! THIRD time was for the passion fruit martinis and dinner … the Robata Ribeye, green beans , broccoli, rabbit papperdalle and roasted cod . All were silly good - maybe one of the best meals in London and that’s over The Quality Chop House !! Highly recommend this restaurant!!!

   The service was very professional and it was very appreciated they meet our request to change our reservation and sitting in an other room even if we booked the dining room. We had a sunday roast and this was delicious and the stiky toffee pudding was excellent good. The atmosphere elegant and cosy at the same time.

   My handbag was stolen from off the bag of my chair while sat at a table outside - Darren was absolutely amazing in helping me afterwards, checking the CCTV and calling me with updates. He made a horrible experience so much better - thank you Darren!

    Steak was terrible. Extremely chewy and of a low quality. Everything else was pretty good.
