Love this place. The ambiance is wonderful, the food is great, the service was superb, and the artist galleries add an interesting local flavor. Went here for 31 year old daughter's birthday celebration and we had a fantastic time.

Our food was good tasting, but both meals arrived “ lukewarm.” Our tea water was tepid, at best.
We only saw our waitress when she took our order and not again until we flagged her down for the check.

I will give it a second chance in the future to see if it improves.

Our waitress was very friendly and accommodating. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and helpful in narrowing down what we wanted to order. She took a group picture for us and was very sweet about it.

I never loved a salad so much. The charred kale and broccoli rabe salad is amazing! It looks so simple but it full of scrumptious flavor. I made mine a meal by adding the grilled chicken.

I gave the food 4 stars instead of five because I was a little disappointed with the pierogi appetizer. A personal choice, but I think pierogi are best when boiled to cook the pasta exterior, then sauteed/fried to add extra flavor. Appears that The Millworks just fries them, which makes the pasta exterior too tough and chewy. But, the yummy filling and extras on top were on point!

Only fair. Perogies sounded amazing...cold hard. Food fair to good. Nothing to make me want to go back. A lot more better choices for the time and money.

Millworks is great for upscale casual...My dinner partner and I were originally somewhat rushed, but after diplomatically telling our server that we wanted to take our time, he was quite accommodating.

The food and drinks were as good as usual, although food prices are a bit on the high side. Waitress caused a bit of a stir by knocking over my beer and breaking the glass all over the table while serving our drinks. I understand that these things happen, but the waitress gave us more of an excuse than an apology. Some of the beer spilled on my sister-in-law's jacket and it had to be cleaned. I just expected more from the Mill House staff than what we got ... a little more customer friendly?

not worth it. waiter was terrible. waiter was more focused on the table with more people probably cause he expected a bigger tip. never asked if we wanted refills. had our food before our drinks.
food was overpriced for what you get. when you request special seating, we get placed at a table fit for a 10 year old.

This was my first, but definitely not my last, visit to the Millworks. We went for Sunday brunch. The food was incredible, especially the cinnamon bun that they bring to the table in a cast iron skillet. The mimosas, coffee, and beer are awesome. The service was top-notch. Ended up taking a growler home.

Too loud and noisy for my taste. When I asked to be moved to a quieter table I was told that was the only table available. Maybe so but it was said in a nasty tone.

Food is good but could stand some additional variety. Good craft beers. Limited mixed drinks, but what they do offer is high quality. Nice open space but can be loud at times. Seats can be uncomfortable, especially during prolonged dining. Overall, a good place eat and meet with friends. Will continue to dine here.

I was a bit surprised that a shot of a certain whisky cost $9! While the food and drinks are good, I do think the restaurant, on the whole, is a bit overpriced. For two drinks (during happy hour, with that primo shot of whisky in my old fashion), an appetizer and two sandwiches (they were good but...), the bill, with tip, was $95.

We have eaten at the Millworks several times in the past. We forgot what a limited menu you have for vegetarians! The beautiful, hip surroundings scream diverse menu to us. I ended up having a pizza, which wasn't special. My husband had two side dishes because of the lack of entrée choices. Our son from CA raised his eyebrows at the meat heavy menu. Oh well, we are used to limited vegetarian fare in Central PA. We expected more from you folks. The service was top notch. Our waitress was wonderful. Petite, reddish hair in two ponytails. Tattooed forearm. Excellent service.
