We enjoyed a lovely meal at the Millworks for Valentine’s Day. The drinks were worth the wait. The Midtowner and Butternut Squash Manhattan were quite fun and unique. The Urban Picnic was very tasty. My partner enjoyed the cast iron seared rockfish and I had the New Jersey day boat scallops. So amazing. Wonderful flavors. The vanilla bean custard was a sweet end to a nice meal.

A very nice spot to come for a tasty, well varied brunch. Great waitstaff. A little noisy and drinks were rather costly, but overall, a really pleasant place to share a delightful meal with friends and family. We will be back!

Food & service was excellent. It was a little too loud for our book club meeting. I was most impressed when I opened my take home, to find bag and container biodegradable!!!

The food and ambience left much to be desired, starting with the double strength and bitter coffee. The brunch food tasted like a freezer meal, but the bacon was burned beyond recognition. This was replaced with potatoes that were clearly a warm up and not freshly prepared. And two tablespoons of jam for a table of four, really?! Needless to say, the birthday brunch was a bust!

My husband and I both had burgers and we're not impressed. Charred on the outside and pink inside, certainly not worth $15 , fries were not impressive. Overall I feel their food is mediocre and overpriced.

Overall we had a good dining experience with tasty drinks and food. Our server was very helpful guiding our daughter toward the gluten free options that met her needs. We were disappointed that on Friday at 5:30, the happy hour drinks were sold out in addition to all but one small plate.

We have been to the Millworks on several occasions, they never disappoint. Although this evening they seamed a little off, the beers and Weiner schnitzel were great the meatloaf and sides were a little off. This is the first time that we have had any issue with the Millworks. Maybe because it was a Tuesday evening versus our typical weekend visit.

Nice restaurant in a restored warehouse(?) that has been converted to dining and artist studios. Artist studios on 2nd and 3rd floor. Small shops on 1st floor (just outside dining area) has items created by the artists for sale.

The outdoor areas look to be large, but with the snow and cold we stayed inside. Inside the restaurant is an "Industrial meets wood" decor that is well designed. One problem, though, is their is nothing to deaden the noise from multiple conversations. They were less than half full on a Sunday afternoon, and it was still difficult to follow a voice at far end of table (there were 8 of us for lunch).

Food was good...burgers and chicken sandwiches very tasty and houses-made chips were great. One of the daily specials was "sold out", but would like to try another time.

What a surprise! I know it‘s the state capital. But Harrisburg still feels a bit like Hinterwald...
This is why we were so excited to find this place: good food, good beer - at least the Lager, very nice architecture and a very pleasant atmosphere. And: They were pretty successful with their noise reduction - something you really appreciate being from Europe.
Furthermore there is nice shops and galleries integrated in the old wood mill, which is reported to have been a slaughterhouse before.

Every aspect of this restaurant was excellent ! Starting with me making my reservations . As soon as i got there tummy table was clean and ready . Prior to coming they called and confirmed my reservation . Our waiter was super kind and very professional . Making me and my fiancé feel very welcomed . The appetizer was small in portion but the flavor was EXCELLENT and our main course we got the chicken sandwich . You could literally taste the freshness in the breeding of the chicken and in the meat itself . Once done eating the art work is an amazing sight ! It’s a great place to take pictures and create great memories . It’s one of the top restaurants I’ve ever gone . I would suggest it to anyone looking for a place with great food and a great vibe !

Millworks was a lovely restaurant with good food, excellent service and delightful ambience. We were there for lunch and the noise level was perfect, bustley enough but not too loud. I would wonder if it might be louder with an evening crowd but willing to give it a try!

Visited from out of town at a friend's recommendation and was not disappointed. With an onsite brewery I had hoped the beers would be great and they were, and reasonably priced as brewpubs go, even without the happy hour discount I enjoyed because I arrived early. Way early, and though I was willing to hang in the bar I was seated an hour before our reservation and dove into my book and a lovely lager while awaiting my dining partner. We stayed a REALLY long time - our reunion was decades overdue - but our server and her helpers were attentive and patient.
Ah, the food - side salads were plain but generous mixed greens and our pizzas were wonderful - BBQ chicken for my friend and an amazing Jameson Farms lamb and caramelized onion for me. We took half of each one home, and with 2 pizzas, 2 beers, 2 glasses of wine, and 2 side salads the bill was $70-ish. We saw families, larger groups, and couples, and all seemed to be served professionally and in a timely way. We didn't have any cocktails but the bar was hopping, on a Tuesday of all things, so I'm thinking it's on someone's radar.
Loved it, and wish I lived closer. And treat the servers well. They deserve it.

This was our first time at the Millworks and we were really impressed. The place is beautiful and has a very tranquil ambiance. The cocktails and Imperial Stout were incredible. I will be back for the Ginger Finch alone. We were blown away by the food! Everyone at the table kept raving about how delicious their dishes were. We will be back for sure.
