   The waitress was superb. The manager also stopped by to make sure everything was OK. That was a nice touch.

   Excellent service. Meats usually are not as exciting as the cheese fondue. Music selection is “interesting”

   Our waitress, Hannah, was FABULOUS!! The food was plentiful and delicious. While we have been to other locations several times before, the Tampa restaurant was by far our favorite! We were given more options for cooking style, and everything was served extremely timely. We will certainly be back!!

   I took my 18 year old daughter here for a mother/daughter dinner. It was excellent. She loved it, said it was her best dinner ever. It can be quite expensive. We did the 4 course dinner. Course 1: Cheese with dippers. We picked the Alpine cheese because we heard it was the most popular. However, we would not pick that one again. It was a Swiss cheese mix with white wine. The wine was a very overpowering flavor. However, if you like the taste of wine, you will probably like this cheese. Course 2: we both got the Caesar salad. They were delicious. Course 3: Protein course. We did the pick your own proteins since we only wanted steak and chicken. It added $4 each to our bill. I found the extra charge to be unnecessary. We picked teriyaki steak, brown sugar steak, garlic steak, and herb crusted chicken. We were advised by the waitress not to pick the other chicken because it was plain so we did not try that. Our favorite was the teriyaki steak followed by the brown sugar steak. The chicken was just OK. And the garlic pepper steak was terrible, definitely would not get that steak again. An important note: ask to use the grill instead of the broth pot when cooking your meats. I can’t imagine cooking all those flavors in one pot together. At least when you grill your meat, you retain the flavor of the marinade. Course 4: Dessert. We picked the Yin-Yang chocolate. It was a combination of dark chocolate and white chocolate. It was delicious. We loved most of the items you could dip in the chocolate. Strawberries, bananas, Rice Krispies, cake donut balls, brownies, waffles, etc. Overall, we love the experience. Since it is very expensive, in my opinion, it won’t be in our regular rotation of restaurants, but we will go back to celebrate special occasions every now and then.

   Great dinner with the family. Kids enjoyed fondue for the first time. We had the land and sea and pacific rim meals which are delicious. The original and stores chocolate desserts were amazing too.

   Thank you for making my birthday celebration so marvelous. Our server, Lauren, did a fantastic job and also went above and beyond to ensure that my food allergy would not be a hindrance to a great dining experience.

    Wonderful experience at Melting Pot, as always. Staff is friendly. Food is delicious. It’s a fun experience for a special occasion, or just because!
